      I purchased the bedroom set and had to wait 2 months before i got and after we received it they had to replace my dresser 3 times .then no even a month later One of their employees broke my adjustable bed while trying to repair the slats that broke on a bed frame i brought from them .they refuse to fix it because I didn't buy the platform from them. This exchange has been going on for 4 months to no avail. Can someone help me they are crooks.

      With respect to our customer’s situation, we have been made aware the RTG furniture issues were addressed for the customer with no further problems reported.



      In regards to the customer’s personal adjustable base, this was handled through our claim’s office administrator. The customer ordered the part from the company/manufacturer they used to purchase the product in question. The customer has since confirmed the delivery company sent out was able to install the part on his base. They were advised to reset their control in order to work the base to their liking. Furthermore, we show the customer was also offered $400 credit to settle the complaint it was accepted. The store processed that back to the Synchrony finance account for the customer.

      They never got the bed to work from there mistake they left it up to me to get the bed operative. *** was suppose to send a technician and rtg never sent one. I payed the the cord they broke. The only thing I ask for them to do is send a technician not a deliver to make the bed operative. It was working before they broke it. I have herniated disk in my lower back so I can't lift bed to make any adjustments. It's a shame the service that they give

      very very bad service, bad quality for the amount you paid. I made a mistake buying from them a dining table sets and they never fix it properly, I have to exchanged for another set with more money, and the new another set doesnt work properly. Called many times and technician comes and cant fix. I have to call again and will see how they fix it. I am over with it.

      With respect to their situation, our office has reviewed the account in its entirety. We regret they had issues with the dining room furniture they initially selected. Our records reflect that our customer care department authorized the customer to reselect the set to a different dining table set. Unfortunately, our records reflect they had set up issues upon delivery. Currently, we have been made aware an exchange of 2 side chairs was completed with not further problems and a service technician was sent out to the home. They were able to address and resolve the set up issues with the table.

      I am a 71-year-old senior citizen and I am deeply disturbed by the poor quality of furniture, and the complete lack of support I received from Rooms to Go (Plano, Tx) when facing issues with my purchases. Customer support is sorely non-existent. 14 months ago, I purchased a sectional couch and the 3-year extended warranty from Fortega for defects in workmanship. The couch is sinking on 4 out of 6 pillows. I have back issues and when I sit on the couch it sinks to the floor. I’ve had 2 of the service techs come and look at the couch. They both had to repair the ottoman under one of the extended pillows. They then reported to Rooms to Go that the damage to the pillows is normal wear and tear. There are 2 adults with normal weight sitting on the couch. There is no way the couch should be sinking now. It is obvious that the quality of this couch is substandard. When I called customer service, they suggested that I personally replace the foam in the pillows. They refuse to honor the 3-year warranty that they sold me. I will be paying for this couch for 2 more years. It is costing me approximately $2700 for furniture that is unhealthy and unusable. I am on a limited income (Social Security). I cannot keep buying couches, The treatment I am receiving from Rooms to Go Customer Service is appalling. They are giving me the runaround treatment. The furniture is cheaply made w/ FRAUD at point-of-sale w/ false promises that everything was covered with the 3-year warranty. I am disappointed and disgusted and would not recommend anyone to do business with them. There are plenty of other reputable companies out there. Rooms to Go is not one of them.

      Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty for manufacturer’s defects as stated on the terms located on their purchase receipt. Theirs expired as of 7.6.23. Our customer purchased the extended service plan powered by Fortegra. Their guidelines of what is covered and not covered are clearly outlined under the website referenced on said invoice. Customers are welcome to review the terms prior to completing the purchase.



      With respect to their situation, we have reviewed their account, the service report of 2 different technicians as well as the pictures taken at time of service in its entirety. Since delivery, we show no record of any verbal or written communication regarding any issues with the living room furniture until 8.02.23. Our records reflect Fortegra approved both services to evaluate the customer’s sectional. Unfortunately, it was deemed the sectional was free from any vendor related defects on both occasions. Cushion resiliency is a preference issue caused in the home. it is not a defect nor covered under the terms of the plan. For this reason, Fortegra denied their claim. The customer is welcome to speak to Fortegra directly to discuss said denial.



      We apologize; however, this is out of our jurisdiction given the furniture is past the 1-year warranty.

      Do not buy the extended warranty! Biggest rip off ever, they don't cover anything!!! Buyer beware, Rooms to Go and the Warranty companies customer service are very unprofessional!!! This will be my last purchase EVER from Rooms to Go. Please go else where!!!

      Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturers defects and workmanship as stated on the Terms and Conditions of Sale located on their purchase receipt. This warranty expired as of 6.1.23. They purchased the extended service plan powered by ********. Their guidelines are clearly printed under the website referenced on said invoice.



      Unfortunately, the issues with their furniture were not covered under the terms of the plan. ******** denied this claim for this reason.However, our records reflect the issues were resolved prior to receiving this review. As a 1-time gesture of good will, the store authorized an exchange of the sofa and chaise. This was scheduled with them for 10.19.23. Under the terms of the plans agreement, once the product is exchanged, the coverage is exhausted. The pieces in the home will be picked up when the new is delivered.

      First of all, I love Rooms To Go. I love walking through the store and dreaming, and I have bought a lot of furniture there, mostly couches, chairs etc and have been very pleased. This time, however, I purchased a Dining set-Riverdale was the name. The surface of the table is very delicate and unless you plan to never use it or touch it, Buyer Beware! Beautiful but delicate.As to the extended warranties, I have never had a case to use one, and watch out the cost is tacked on before you know it, but I would continue to get them for stuffed items like couches, however trying to use it for the table, fine print after fine print, and for me, useless.

      They did get back to me and asked for photos. Previously I DID try to get the warranty to cover when a drop of acetone took of a spot and they said it was not covered. I then didn't try any more. On 10/20 I sent 3 photos of the table edges, I did not include the myriad of scratches on the surface, They said they would review and get back to me. I'm not holding my breath and I stand by my original review: Watch out for table surfaces and still not convinced the warranty for hard surfaces is worth it.

      I purchased a bed using their in house Acceptance Now option and began making scheduled payments. First 3 payments were fine however I had to change my debit card number that was on auto pay. I missed two payments and in between had to call to get the bed fixed because the legs became discombobulated. A representative called and asked for payment which I gladly gave. I paid a total of $1,200 over the phone on three seperate occasions. When I went up to Rooms to go in person they claimed I still owed the same balance *** that no payments had been made. Even showing them proof of bank statements where money was withdrawn they refused to acknowledge that payments were made! This explains why they don't report to credit beuros it allows them to continue to steal from people and it is going unnoticed! This is unfair to all consumers! Do not buy from Rooms to go & do payments they will steal from you! If you must buy from them pay cash! Acceptance now through Rooms to go is most definitely stealing from people do not trust them. I've never reported on any business but what they are doing is illegal and they most definitely should be investigated I can guarantee there WILL be discrepancies EVERYWHERE!

      As an initial matter, our records reflect the issue with their adjustable base was resolved.

      At some Rooms To Go locations, Acceptance Now (RAC) offers a rent-to-own lease option as an alternative for customers who do not qualify for or wish to not have traditional financing. RAC is a rent to own agency. They are a separate and independent company not affiliated with Rooms To Go. Rooms To Go sells the product to Acceptance Now and they in turn enters into a rental agreement directly with the customer. Our customer decided to go with this option in order to acquire the furniture in their home. In order to complete this transaction, our customer fully executed all the paperwork detailing the terms of said transaction with RAC.

      Please understand that Rooms To Go is solely the retailer. Unfortunately, this is out of our jurisdiction as we have no access to their accounts. Therefore, any further inquiry should be directed to Acceptance Now.

      On 10/2/2023, I visited Rooms to Go in ***** ******************* and decided to make a purchase. ****** assisted me with my order, but to my dismay, he neglected to inform me about an additional charge of approximately $200 for a warranty that was added to my order without my consent. This lack of transparency and communication on his part is deeply concerning. When I discovered this unauthorized charge, I immediately called to cancel the warranty. However, instead of addressing the issue promptly and professionally, ****** repeatedly questioned my decision with phrases like, 'Are you sure?'with an unapologetic attitude. To make matters worse, after I successfully removed the warranty, I did not receive a receipt or a confirmation number, which is essential for my records. This further underscores the lack of professionalism and competence displayed by ******.****** also added a premium delivery option to my order without my knowledge or consent. It is unacceptable that he failed to inform me about the two delivery options available, leaving me unaware of the choice I was making. Additionally, ****** misspelled my last name during the transaction. I called the store on 10/3/2023, and the lady I spoke with informed me that she couldn't make the change without seeing my ID and she didnt apologize for the issue that I brought up. This further added to the frustration and inconvenience I experienced.I called to speak to the store manager, *****, and he said The warranty and the premium delivery were automatically added somehow because 90% of people do it.' He tried to deceive me by saying that it was a regular delivery when their website displayed two delivery options: premium and front door. This has been my first experience with Rooms to Go, and I must say it was nothing short of horrible.

      I have made the worst mistake purchasing a sofa sleeper sectional from Rooms To Go. The arrival was long (3 months) and split delivery. They send one out of the 2 pieces sofa incorrect. Store manager *** was unhelpful and rude. Only solution was given to pay $200 difference due to the price of the correct sofa piece. I feel like it's not my fault that the order number was placed incorrect and it's not fair when I paid the whole amount of thousands of dollars the same day of purchase. NO RETURN POLICY!!! so now I have to sit down too uneven color and unfinished sofa sectional. Makes me upset every time I look at it. I will never purchase or recommend from Rooms to Go!!!

      The salesman offer us a $450 dollars insurance for a $4500 dollars sectional. Be aware customers that is not real as they state when you buying the furniture. Stay away from buying furniture here its nothing but a waste of money and fake advertisements.Stay away from Rooms to go. You will waste your money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ????

      Bought a warranty with rooms to go. Just made a claim for a broken board and fraying on couch. Couch was frayed and worn within months of purchasing. Warranty was declined for fraying and broken board will only cover if it was stains or manufacture error not for poor quality. I have spent a lot of money at this store. Will never purchase anything from them in future!
