      I will never buy anything else from Rooms To Go. Being a cancer and stroke patient is hard enough but after 1 of my cancer surgeries I was taken to look for dining room furniture. I had found 1 I prayed for and even a rug to go in my dining room. After 5 attempts of bringing furniture that wasn't so damaged I finally accepted the 5th try despite it too needed some cosmetic touches but I was tired of being so disappointed. I admit I have the dining room set I had prayed ?? for but not as proud as I would have been if it were in the condition that in the showroom was. I love my living room and bedroom furniture I already had and they got it right the first time just wish my dining room furniture had turned out as good.

      The furniture looks good on the web, and even in the store, but when you have it delivered it is not the quality nor condition that it was at the showroom. $4,800 for furniture that has been a complete waste of money. Their return policy is unrealistic, and is downright predatory. It's a complete con show that they are running. I'd like to say it's a lesson learned and buyer beware, but the frustration and feeling of manipulation and downright false advertising takes it to a different level. Stay away from any and all furniture from here, it's nothing but a waste of money and you'll be burned.

We understand their frustration; however, we do not show that any issues with the furniture have ever been reported. If there is a quality or defect issue with the merchandise, our company would be happy to review the matter under the guidelines of the contract.       I love rooms to go so much. **************** is awesome the sales team is great. **** is my guy. If I had more money I'd buy more stuff from them. They have really cool modern art and accessories. Check them out soon oh and zero financing for YEARS! No hassles if you need to return anything also. Good deals on mattresses too

      Do not shop RTG. When I bought a TV console at RTG I was told delivery was free. But if I wanted it assembled (because they all come boxed and needing to be assembled as I was erroneously told) I would have to pay $80. So I did, and when it came it was already compeletly assembled. I called the store to complain and asked for my $80 to be refunded- I was told no. And when I was talking to the manager to tell him that was wrong he hung up on me.The salesman *********************** lied to me..... flat out. The manager stuck up for his lying salesman instead of customers. That business will not last.

      This is in response to our customers review.

      We have reviewed the account in its entirety. Our records reflect the customer purchased their order through our ********** showroom. They opted for full-service delivery for a fee regardless if assembly is required or not. This fee includes set up when applicable as well as placement. Please note that delivery is an optional service. Consumers have the option to choose doorway delivery at no charge up to certain purchase amount. This option requires the delivery company drivers to deliver the product in factory packaging and drop it off at the 1st doorway entrance or garage and does not include placement inside the home, assembly nor package removal.

      Our records reflect the furniture was delivered on their scheduled delivery date; therefore, we apologize the delivery charges would not be refunded.

      I would never buy another product from rooms to go. We purchased furniture for our family room a little over two years ago and it is very rarely used. Called to tell them that the motor on the reclining chair would not work and I have been waiting for. OVER a month for them to come out and unplug it and plug in a new motor. When called to report, it got the runaround then had to wait 10 days for them to see if they would fix it even though they assured me that my warranty was still valid. They also were very very rude .

      I purchased a 3 year extended warranty with my furniture and was told by the sales person that if I didn't use the warranty that at the 3 year mark, I could call within 90 days and they would refund the warranty purchase price in full. When I called, I was told that this was not true. Either I was lied to or they need to train their sales people better.

      Please express our apologies to our customer for any misunderstanding there may have been with their purchase.



      Our records reflect the customer purchased the extended service plan powered by Guardian for the furniture delivered on 9.10.20. Said plan expired as of 9.15.23.Customers have 90 days from date of purchase in which to cancel the stated plan in full not after it has already expired.



      If the customer was provided with any terms in writing from the stores management team that state otherwise, we would be happy to review.

      Rooms to go has the worst customer service ever. I had been shopping with them and my experiences are always super bad .My delivery was scheduled for September 2, 2023. They missed my stop , I called they said ohh they couldn’t find the address which I got items delivered at the same address July 2023. When I called customer service to find out when my order is going to be delivered they said November. I told them cancel the order. A week after I called about my refund they said they’re going to send it to the refund office and it’s going to 3-10 days depending on my bank. I will never shop at Rooms to go again .

      On behalf of our company, we apologize to our customer for any inconvenience they may have experienced regarding delivery.



      In regards to their situation, we regret the furniture delivery was unable to be completed for the customer.The delivery company; however, confirmed that their driver did go to the customers apartment complex as scheduled. Unfortunately, the apartment # listed does not exist at said complex. The drivers were unable to locate the home and the phone #s provided were invalid. The delivery company was unable to communicate with the customer to attain correct information.



      At this time, our records reflect the order was canceled as requested on 9.07.23. All refunds take up to 21 business days to process from date of cancelation and 1-2 billing cycles to show on the corresponding credit card statement.

      Horrible!!!! They sold me half of my bed frame and are trying to make me pay for the rest when I already paid in full for the full bedroom set. The worst customer service. Funny how you cant write a review on there website. They would be out of business by now Im sure. If I could add photos I would. Its insane how much they can scam you. I waited months for this bed to come in and it is missing the main part. I cant even put my mattress on the bed without it falling through.

      So disappointed. We bought 2 couch pieces. 1 broke and we have had them for just over 1 year. No more warranty. They said they cant do anything. We are still making monthly payments. Very upset at the quality.

      Horrible customer service going on a fourth pice of furniture being delivered damaged refuse to accommodate a time best for me to be home to have another delivery have already taken 3 days off in three weeks when is enough enough store managers are piers and horrible as well as customer service they say they are trying to resolve the issue but it always on there terms not the paying customer
