      I waited for my order for 2 months. I was never called to schedule delivery time, I received a phone call at the time of delivery and I had to be rescheduled a week later. Again, a week later I did NOT receive a phone call, email or text message regarding delivery time. I had to call and was transferred multiple times. **************** is not helpful at all and rude. Finally, someone was able to tell me I would be the first delivery of the day with arrival time before 8AM. On the day of delivery, they arrived at 9:13am. They forgot the screws for the bedtime, so I still have to wait on that to be resolved. I honestly dont think I would ever shop there again.

      On behalf of our company, we apologize to our customer for any inconvenience they may have experienced regarding delivery.

      Please understand that due to heavy volume, all deliveries are routed by zip codes in order to reach all scheduled customers. Because this is done automatically via electronic routing, we have no control over the timeframe and therefore inform customers that delivery or service is an all-day appointment. An automatic dialer calls customers 1-2 days prior with an estimated four-hour window. However, customers are also welcome to reach out to via phone or online 1 day prior to inquire about the timeframe for their scheduled delivery.

      We understand the original delivery was scheduled from 10am-2pm. Unfortunately, no one was home on the scheduled date of 3.23.23. The delivery was rescheduled for 3.30.23. Our records reflect that delivery timeframe was from 8am-12pm. The drivers arrived within their scheduled time.

      In regards to their situation, we have reached out to the delivery company for more information. We have been made aware the bed was set up except for the trundle that was missing parts. Regret this was the case. Our records show an exchange was generated and is scheduled to be swapped out on 4.22.23 to finalize the piece.

      I got an incomplete bed and they mention they will come the next day to redeliver which they never did. I called spoke with a manager (*****) and she told me you said it was deliver good , which I never did. I am 2 weeks after with bed I completed. Very bad experience with them

      I purchased a piece of furniture from Rooms to Go and it arrived damaged (the box, protective board and furniture all damaged). I immediately called customer service and was told it would be 2 weeks for a replacement because they do not come to my area often. After discussion, they changed it to 1 week and said they would add me on to the 1 week delivery. The day before my replacement is supposed to be delivered, I contact customer service to find out a time line of delivery and they inform me that they were not able to add me on and I am back on for the 2 week replacement delivery. Meanwhile, I have a huge box just sitting in my living room with damaged furniture that I cannot use. I wanted to report the absolute awful customer service and lack of accountability for their problem to begin with. I will not be purchasing any more furniture from this store.

      Please express our apologies to our customer, on behalf of our company, for any misunderstanding they may have experienced.



      The account has been reviewed in its entirety. We regret the customers chest was damaged upon delivery. Our records reflect an exchange replacement was generated same day customer reported the issue. The delivery was scheduled for the 1st available date on the delivery companys calendar of 4.05.23. However, we show it was advised that a request would be made to the delivery company for an add on for 3.29.23. If possible, it would be rescheduled for that date. Unfortunately, there was no room for a sooner date and the order stayed scheduled for 4.05.23.



      With respect to their situation, the initial order was scheduled for a Wednesday as we only deliver in their area 1 day a week. Sadly, we are unable to offer additional dates for delivery. With that said, we do offer additional dates if customers wish to pick up their own furniture at a designated customer pickup location.



      However, our office has been made aware the customer requested to keep the chest in the home as-is at a discounted price. Upon the execution of the emailed release agreement, the refund will be processed and their claim finalized.

      I will never do business with them again. My *************************** Sofa got a rip on one of the cushions (after only two years). I was told I could replace the cushions cover, I was instructed to send a money order, which I did. To this day, and that was over a year ago, I never received the cushion cover, and I am still BEGGING for my refund. My husband and I have both made several phone calls to rooms to go. No one will help us. Everyone we speak with takes our information and says that they will send an email to the warehouse or whatever, but we never hear back from anyone. Every time we follow up, we are directed somewhere else. Whatever people we spoke with last, will never respond to us after that. I will NEVER EVER EVER do business with them again. I suggest you do not either.

      We regret the delay in getting the requested parts shipped to the customer. However, please understand that due to the global pandemic, most businesses including manufacturers experienced supply chain delays and labor shortages. Some parts if available from the manufacture, may take up to 6 months to fill/manufacture to send to the customer.

      With respect to their situation, we have researched the matter with our parts department in its entirety. Unfortunately, the parts ordered for are no longer available. Our office understands the customer has requested a refund to cancel the order. Therefore, we are having our accounting office generate a refund check for the $155.00. 

      Please allow **** business days for the check to be cut and mailed to our customer.

      Horrible, horrible, Horrible. Delivery was delayed, then they delivered it dirty, and I had to have a new delivery. When they delivered, i had to stop them from leaving, to have them assemblel and connect the sectionals, which they're supposed to do but were the run off without doing. The configuration they sold me, doesn't work, the wedge seat at the end always pops/gives when you sit on it. Now, less than 6 months from receiving the couch, it made a pop *********** sank, and it's definitely broken. I tried to file a claim with the 3 year warranty, but the claim site doesn't work. After filling everything out, it says I don't have coverage, which I do. I regret so much, so much regret, ever buying this big sectional from them, that was sold to me as top of the line at their store. It is such ****, and I'm full of regret. The quality is trash. All the fuzz from the blanket gets trapped in the threads, the cushions are less than 6 months old and look horrible, and now the couch itself is broken. This is an embarassing and expensive couch to have as a center point in my living room.

      With respect to their situation, we have reviewed their account in its entirety. We understand their frustration. However, our records reflect the issues with the sectional were being addressed as reported. A full replacement of the entire unit was generated on date of the initial delivery and completed on 10.18.22. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the connectors and a service technician went to the home to evaluate and repair. Parts needed to be ordered in order to do so. A new service was scheduled in November in order to install the parts. The customer canceled said service as they could not be home. Since that point in time, we show no further communication until 3.27.23.

      With respect to their current situation, we have been made aware that a service is now scheduled to evaluate the sectional regarding the customers concerns. It is scheduled for 3.30.23.

      We ordered the Laney Park modular couch from Rooms to Go online. It was delivered. The first day it was at our house we realized it was either defective or there is a design flaw. The back of the couch falls backward when you lean back. We called rooms to go and they had a service technician come out and check it. He said, "these seat backs are supposed to lock into place, this is defective". He told us to call rooms to go and set up an exchange. The person that came out to do the exchange told us "we get this complaint all the time, this new couch is going to do the same thing, it's a design flaw." So he DID NOT EXCHANGE THE ****** We called Rooms to Go back and they said the couch WAS exchanged! So now Rooms to Go is refusing to return the couch because they said it was exchanged. Something ILLEGAL is happening here because we did not receive a new couch. This needs to be resolved immediately.

      I bought a couch about a year and half ago and now all the reclining and all cup holder lights,chargers included wireless chargers do not work. Was told it was not a manufactured defect so it’s not covered. Even thought the warranty your company sold us states any electrical issues are covered. Now I have a couch that I can’t recline in or charge my phone which is the reason I spent so much money on it. I need it fixed. Also was told at time of purchase as we were planning on moving out of Florida that we would be covered wherever we went now Fortegra is stating that’s not the case and I’d have to pay out of pocket For everything. I paid for a warranty that they won’t fix any issue they will just state it’s not a manufactured defect for everything. This warranty has many bad reviews stating the same thing . It seems like a fraudulent company to me where they just take your money and never fix. This is now a rooms to go issue and couch needs to be fixed I could have just spent 300 at big lots for a couch that doesn’t recline.

      Dont buy anything at Rooms To Go! The furniture is cheap. I even purchased the Guardian Protection plan to cover rips and accidents and when I filed a claim about an accidental tear they didnt not cover anything. Waste of money. My sofa was not even a year old and it looks terrible.

      After waiting for an end table that was on back order with the Destin location to arrive at my residence on Nov 5, 2022, we still not have received it due to 4 failed delivery attempts. Managerial leadership stated that they would go through greater efforts to ensure a successful delivery would be made for the third delivery attempt only to again have a damaged end table delivered. When I contacted Rooms to Go concerning this matter, they again spoke of a successful delivery. Only this time no delivery attempt was made and no one contacted us regarding this--for over a week afterwards! When I contacted them about a week ago, I had asked to speak to a manager concerning a refund because it is simply poor customer service to try for a fifth delivery! Nevertheless, the customer service rep robotically had mentioned that she would arrange for a delivery while she sought out manager. I want to be refunded for that end table. After I hung up on the customer service rep that had me on hold (due to other timely obligations), she had called back leaving me a voice mail that would try to prioritize my fifth delivery and related that I was granted a $60 refund. However, I WILL NOT entertain a potential FIFTH delivery attempt and $60 is not equivalent time my time wasted in rearranging my schedule four times for delivery and calling back an irresponsible company that fails to check on their non-existent fourth delivery attempt. Nothing short of a refund of my end table is acceptable at this point. How could ANY company even offer a fifth delivery attempt? RIDICULOUS!
