      The delivery was horrible. One of the guy asked to use my bathroom. Did not say a word he left I looked in the bathroom there was f**** all over to the top. Disgusting. I called it was later that day they send some one to unplug. I wrote to ceo concerning and his assistant just wrote back they will give me back the delivery money in a month. I wrote again called no answer. It is a shame

      We are in receipt of this recent review.


      Once again, we apologize to our customer for this isolated incident.  The alleged incident was forwarded to the delivery manager to investigate and handle internally back on February 11, 2023.


      Our customer was also provided with a full refund of their delivery fee and the credit was sent on February 21, 2023, not a month from now.


      Our office has spoken with our customer and apologized once more for the situation and their feedback.

      Ordered a couch from rooms to go and I'm VERY disappointed in their quality. The back board that connects both of the arms of the couch is made of pine and it has a substantial size knot that grew into the wood. Well they used that knot and thats right where the board cracked. I've had my couch for a year now in a spare room and literally no one but me has sat on it. So I know it had to be broken when they set it up for me. I had moved the couch from the spare room to another room in my house and when we turned it over to get it thru door that's when I discovered the board was broken. And..... the arms of the couch are stuffed with cardboard!!!!! Im really shocked about spending $1000. on a couch that is broken and stuffed with cardboard. Im so disappointed in the quality of this couch if I could return it I would. My last set has lasted 8 years so far it has held up nicely but this last couch is a total disgrace. In the future if I'm looking for new good quality furniture I'm going to look elsewhere.

      We bought the Terralina sectional furniture from rooms to go and the motor has gone out on three different power recliners at different times at a minimum everything has been replaced about five times. The motor is now grinding and it shakes to go up the service people that do come out are excellent however, we are having to replace again. Obviously at this point, I’m ready for some different type of furniture. We’ve had this furniture for under a year. It’s one of their more expensive pieces so now I’m waiting to see how things are going to be rectified and after reading these reviews, I’m bothered. We opted not to go with cheaper furniture however, the looks of this furniture is deceiving apparently.

      Unfortunately, we were unable to pull up information regarding the customers account with the information they provided you;therefore, we reached out via email and they kindly provided the requested information.



      Our records reflect our customer care department has been in communication with the customer and authorized a reselection to a different living room set of equal or greater value. We show the customer has completed the transaction. It is scheduled to be delivered on 3.31.23. The product in the home will be picked up when the new is delivered.

      absolutley worst customer service ever crappy furniture at very high prices terrible company to buy from I purchased a mattress loveseat and bedroom suit. July 2023 received after two months all mattresses have sunken in very bad quality, I've chosen three different mattresses replaced and am on fourth mattress to be chosen if they ever called me back. i have requested a refund and or replacement with other merchandise but they will not work with me no resolutions on their part .i also have a leather recliner that is leaning to outside edges and leather is peeling. I was told you purchased it no refunds or reselection its yours now. They have not heard back from the customer as of yet.

      RTG is consistent in their poor customer service. They sent our cabinet order in a big box, which was what we expected. But then a month later they sent a duplicate. We've tried 3 times to get them to pick up the $695.00 item. They apparently don't need it; they don't follow through. I wish I'd ordered it from Amazon; I found the exact same item there for $400.

      With respect to their situation, we have reviewed their account in its entirety. Our customer purchased a unit that is vendor direct meaning it is delivered by the vendor. Records reflect the customer contacted our customer care as there was a delay in the shipment once the order was placed. The liaison was in communication with the vendor in order to investigate.It was explained that the unit was lost in transit; therefore, the order was canceled and a new one generated by the vendor. That piece was shipped out. It appears the customer received the original piece and then later a replacement.  



      At this time, we had the special orders department reach out to the customer in order to address the issue with the 2nd unit. We have been made aware that a return for the piece was generated by the online store and scheduled with the customer for pickup on 3.29.23.

      Recently visited the Rooms to Go showroom in ******, **. We purchased a couch and loveseat. The delivery was scheduled for the following week. They showed up on time as scheduled and the two young ******** men that made the delivery were OUTSTANDING !!!. They were very cordial and pleasant. They went above and beyond in moving my old couch and loveseat into the basement.Love the new furniture and most impressed with the two delivery men.

      I went to Rooms To Go off ********* in *********** *****. Was greeted by a salesman *****. I told him I found what mattress I wanted to buy, he said I can help but let me show you this other mattress first. Um... it was twice as much. I declined and said a few grand for just a mattress is my limit. He echoed financing incentives and told me and in front of my family members that the bed I was buying comes with a $200.00 store credit. Did paperwork, bed was delivered, done. Went in a couple weeks later 3/6/23 to look at what I wanted to use my in store credit on. After I selected a picture another salesman said he would pull up my store credit. Next thing I knew **** I guess a manager, came and explained nope, I must of misunderstood and no store credit. I told him that's what ***** told me several times, **** said he wasn't in the conversation directly and dismissed me as if I was lying. I asked for him to call *****, his day off, and he said nah I don't think this merits a call to him. **** never apologized and simply stated there was confusion by HIS employee but I was misinformed. Maybe he could asked what I wanted to buy and offer some kind of discount. But know he was an a****** **** didn't offer to look into this and call me in a day or two he just did not care at all. Obviously not a great manager if his staff are clueless and he slings around that I was wrong or lying. I expressed how this was ******/shady as all h*** and left. Look Its only $200 but the principal is customer service, and that I WAS NOT TREATED WELL. Get everything in writing folks, even if its a mentioned store credit. I have bought several things but Rooms to go will be a very last resort for future purchases. Misinforming customers to make a sale is jacked up. If it was a mistake I would of understood but **** at RTG off ********* couldn't off cared less.

      On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any misunderstandings or lack of professionalism they may have experienced.



      With respect to their inquiry, our office reached out to our buyers in order to investigate. Regrettably,no promotions for credits were available for the mattress our customer chose to purchase before or after that time period. Please note that any promotional credit would be automatically listed on the account and reflected on a consumers invoice at the time of purchase. We do not see this was the case here which is why the store was unable to comply with their request.



      As our office is concerned by the allegations expressed regarding stores behavior, we will be reviewing a copy with the area regional manager to further investigate the allegations and address any issues as deemed necessary. Unfortunately, any information acquired is privileged and confidential and would not be released to the public but will be used to ensure a similar situation does not transpire in the future.

      Our office has reviewed the customers account including the purchase invoice in its entirety. Records reflect the order was scheduled to be delivered on 3.10.23 at the point of sale. The customer called in to inquire about a sooner delivery date. The order was able to be rescheduled for 3.09.23.The customer accepted this change.

      With respect to their situation, we regret the headboard was damaged upon delivery; however, we have been made aware that an exchange was generated and scheduled with our customer for *******. The piece in the home will be picked up when the new is delivered.

      Rooms to Go sucks , disappointing company delivery scheduling sucks schedules the most inconvenient days and they don’t even give you a accurate delivery time it’s 9am- 1pm . Then there’s always a excuse for lateness or rescheduling. One of the worst company’s , poor customer service . A waste of time only a name nothing more .

Because this is done automatically via electronic routing, we have no control over the timeframe and therefore inform customers that delivery or service is an all-day appointment. An estimated four-hour window may be provided if applicable.



      Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances out of their control, there may be times the driver may not arrive within the given four hour timeframe. We regret if this transpired with their delivery.
