      These people will give you a a late charge even if you pay same day but it's after there hours of payment received. This the 3rd time they did me like this. My account is almost fully paid I do not recommend business with these crooks. I got other credit cards and loans that I might pay a 1 day late. They never hit me with a late charge. One day late and you will be hit with an extra charge. Do not do business with these crooks

      Rooms To Go is the furniture retailer and not a Financing Institution.  Our customer purchased the ******************** from ********************** but they have a legal binding Finance contract with Synchrony.  Synchrony sets up the guidelines and payment schedule.

      Rooms To Go has no jurisdiction over Synchrony as it is a separate entity.

      This review would need to be directed to Synchrony.

      Do NOT buy from Rooms to Go....ordered a Casper mattress from them....told me that adjustable base was free but truly the base was included in what I paid for the mattress --$1049 but I wasn't aware of that and does not say that in receipt....base was cheap and mattress kept sliding off....decided after 2 months to return mattress as was very uncomfortable and asked about returns when I bought and from what I was then told did not appear to be an issue ..when went into return mattress was told the mattress was really only 799 and base was not free but included in the 1049 that I paid....going to charge 168 to pick up so credit towards new mattress (already bought a platform bed from another company) was only 689 dollars.....why would I ever buy anything from them when they make up their own rules....terrible terrible service....sales associate lied and said he never said base was free....

      Our office would be more than happy to research our customers situation; however, we are unable to locate an account under the information they provided your office.

      Please have them provide you with their order number or copy of their purchase invoice showing the details their base was free in order for us to investigate this matter further. They may also send any copies of sales ad or placard from date of purchase referencing the adjustable base they purchased was at no charge.

      I ordered replacement couch cushions and after following up a month and a half after my order was sent in was told that they had received, it but hadnt put in the order yet. I then cancelled my order in writing in December and have followed up five different times regarding a refund only to be told that someone will follow up with me and still have not received a response. We are going on three months now. I put in an order before this for replacement parts and was told that it did not include a check so they did not place the order yet RTG had cashed the check months before. Very poor customer service

      On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience they may have had.

      We understand our customers thoughts and views regarding this matter. Our parts office follows a check protocol before any part request may be submitted. All checks received go through a check verification through a 3rd party in order to validate any payment. We regret any delays in this process.

      With respect to their situation, we have researched the matter with our parts department in its entirety. Unfortunately, the part order was placed with the manufacture. This may take ****** days; however, due to the pandemic, vendors have been experiencing supply chain delays in filling requests still. Our parts office has received the customers request to cancel the order and has sent the paperwork to our accounting department to process a refund check for the amount the customer sent. It will be sent to the address on file.

      Went to Rooms to Go in ****** today! My sales person ********************* really knows her stuff . She was so helpful in picking out my living room set & accessories! **** went out of her way to make sure everything was going to work in the space I had . Rooms to Go is lucky to have her .

      I’m trying to resolve an issue where Rooms to Go believes I did not return 3 bar stools and are trying to charge me for them 2 months after they were returned. My wife and I are in Virginia for my wife to obtain medical treatment. Our store is in Newport News Virginia. We purchased 3 bar stools but when they arrived they were damaged. We asked that they be removed and replaced. On December 13, 2022 a Rooms To Go delivery team brought us 3 new bar stools not damaged and took the 3 damaged ones away. We have a delivery receipt in our possession which documents this transaction. When I got the bill from RTG in the mail, which they stated was past due, I called our local store. They claim the chairs were never returned to their warehouse so they must still be in our apartment. I don’t have room for 6 bar stools in our apartment. They said they have pictures showing them in our apartment. If there are pictures it’s probably because the delivery people wanted to document the damage on the first 3 chairs. I’m not sure if it’s RTG policy that when something is returned, the customer must follow the delivery vehicle back to the warehouse to ensure it gets there? I’m trying to resolve this locally but having no success. I contend that someone has made a clerical error or the delivery folks never properly made sure the 3 returned bar stools were checked in at the warehouse. I should not be held responsible for this or those mistakes. I should not have to pay the 400 plus dollars they say I owe. Reference ******** Newport News Virginia RTG on Jefferson Avenue.

      With respect to their situation, our office has reviewed the matter with the corresponding warehouse and the delivery company in order to investigate. Unfortunately, there is no record of any matching skus for the stools that were to come back ever did. We have reached out to our accounting office and authorized them to generate a credit to clear the outstanding balance of the 3 stools. This will take up to 21 business days to process.

      My original delivery 2-3-23 Scratched side table. Love seat was put together by delivery person straight out the box, they did not assemble correctly and damaged the hooks that connect the loveseat leaving a huge gap and the power sofa would not extend correctly. Call service, service call apx 2 weeks later. Guess what, they bring another damaged table and loveseat. The customer service rep i spoke to said she was corporate and i could not speak to a supervisor and said to me this is the last time i am allowed to have this exchanged, or i would have to buy something else. Well today 3-2-23 was my 2nd exchange date and New table was delivered undamaged!! However, the same loveseat was delivered with plastic covering standing up in the truck. The same delivery person from last time, said " i told my boss and made notes and submitted picture from the last time" and this looks like this was sent from the warehouse this way again. Very poor service from your warehouse. I spoke to Lashante who called me today asking about my delivery, i told her it was still the same damaged one from last time, she said what is wrong with it? I am like can you not see the notes or supervisor comments or pictures?? from your delivery agents? This was 3rd time it was delivered damaged. Since I am at work, now I have to call them back for resolution. Horrible customer services

      Please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience experienced.

      Our office has reviewed the account in its entirety. We understand there were multiple attempts to deliver furniture to no avail. For this reason,the customer was given the option to reselect to another living room set equal in value. However, this option was rejected.

      Records reflect they were authorized another exchange of the loveseat. The customer requested it stay in its original packaging and wanted it to come in a box. Our office has confirmed with our buyer and the vendor. This product does not come crated in a box to our warehouses. Therefore, it could not be placed in a box for delivery. Original packaging is heavy duty plastic wrap and cardboard on the backrest, arms and feet of the unit. We have been made aware the loveseat was exchanged as of 3.10.23.

      AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST! Their furniture is PURE JUNK! It literally FALLS APART and when you try to talk to them they are extremely RUDE and uncooperative. They outright refused to provide the number to the Regional Manager. The Cindy Crawford couch we purchased over a year ago was falling apart! The springs were broken down, the cushions were flat, you could not sit in it without feeling like you were sitting down in a hole. After MULTIPLE phone calls and being treated like garbage the store manager RONNI wanted rid of us so she had us do a "reselect" and exchanged our couch for another. It's been JUST BARELY TWO MONTHS and it's already doing the same thing. We tried to call several times this week and finally spoke to Ronni again. This time she wanted to push us off to customer service and have someone come out because it's "policy" and "they're following policy" even though 2 months ago SHE didn't follow policy. She told us "whatever, it doesn't matter". WOW. How professional! Well, we are finding the number to the Regional Manager as we speak to contact him not only about the JUNK couch we received but about the ABHORRENT treatment we received from the staff at the Asheville location. And if we don't get anywhere with him, we'll being going up to the next in charge, all the way to the top. We aren't going to allow them to rip us off of over $3,000 and just take it. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN.

      ********* Frustrated Customer ********************** try to deliver 5 times a damaged dining room set ***** the Manager of the ******** store keep saying that every set is new first quality verified by rooms to go quality control team only to find out that none is true the same damage table was send to us I have the pictures to proved I send an email to their customer service did not get any help ******** answered all my emails blaming the supplier (Holland House) and not taking responsibility Is very sad to find out that a big company like Rooms to Go can not meet the expectations of the customers

      In regards to our customers situation, our office has reviewed the account in its entirety. We understand that we have tried to deliver multiple times to the customers home to no avail. Regrettably, the product has not been to satisfaction. In view of this, they were offered an alternative option to reselect to a different dining set as a resolve. This option was rejected by the customer. We believe the customer has allowed ample attempts in order to correct the issue with NO success. Our office agrees.

      With respect to their situation, the items are currently on an extended backorder from the manufacturer until end of summer. In view of this, the store has been in communication with the customer and the order has been canceled. The customer has been refunded in full.

      Terrible customer service. I am an active duty Soldier, I deployed with my unit. Around that time, finance messed my pay up. So I reached out to room to go and promised to pay the balance the next week. When I go in to pay, they dropped my balance down 4000 dollars. I never missed a payment before. Please do not get a card from here, they treat their customers like trash

      Rooms To Go facilitates the finance application.  If the *************** approves the customers application, the customer will then have a binding contract with that ****************

      Rooms To Go is not the Financing Institution and has no authority over Finance Companies scheduled payments, guidelines, etc.

      Our customer would need to direct their issues to the corresponding Financing Institution.
