    Never ever do business with this company. All the negative reviews are on point about this company. I had a fence installed by Osceola Fence and it was of poor quality. After it was installed the gates started to fall apart and they would not answer my calls for repair. I think this company closed now and is now Outdoor products and continues to scam customers.

    I just found out Osceola Fence Supply's new name is ******* Outdoor Products. The owner ******************************* is the owner at ******* Outdoor Products and although he claims to have no responsibility over anything that Osceola Fence Supply has done or owes, since it is the same owner he's is liable, This man is a thief, he stiffed many customers with his old company. Don't let him scam you too.

    Let me first say that I used Osceola Fence to initially install my fence a couple of years ago and they did a great job. They handled everything from HOA, permitting, to scheduling. Because it is was a new fence they were on the ball and did what was needed to get the job done. No complains. The problem is when you have a repairs needed. If you have a repair needed like I do you are not treated as well as a new customer. I have two posts that were destroyed by the HOA lawn services and needed to be replaced. The lawn service company wanted to repair the fence themselves but I insisted that it be done by Osceola Fence (OF). I contacted to schedule an appointment for repair and it was explained to me that I would be called the day before the repair. OF tries to schedule repairs as the same time as installs in the area. With price of gas and inflation I get it. The is that it took nearly a month for them to schedule an appointment for a repair. When I called to understand why the repair was not scheduled yet, the individual that I spoke with was very disrespectful. Granted I am very direct when I speak and I was not happy with slow service and lack of communication but it did not warrant this type of treatment. When you call OF there is a recording that tells you that OF will treat you like they want to be treated, that they believe in quality customer service, and that they value communication (paraphrase). This may be the case for new fences but in my experience this is not the case for additional work like repairs. To be honest, if I was treated a little better on the phone I would've been more understanding. Beware of customer service...
