      My son fell victim to a scam perpetrated by a company called 'TakeMyClassPros.' He was using their services for assistance with an online course when they alerted him to an alleged 'IP breach notification.' They claimed this required him to purchase an 'IP Deflagger' for $799, presented a screenshot, and assured him it was refundable within 24 hours.He was pressured by their representative, '**** ******,' to send the money immediately via Zelle to '***** ******' (***** ID: ************), claiming it was a security deposit. However, after the 24-hour window, Mr. ****** claimed a bank dispute was supposedly filed, blocking their funds, and that the refund would be delayed.I believe this was a fabricated excuse to avoid refunding the money. Following this, Mr. ****** became unresponsive to our attempts to contact him via WhatsApp, SMS, and phone. We also tried contacting their live chat, customer support number, email, and through their website contact form but received no ***********'s evident they never intended to refund the $799. I have records of his communications with Mr. ****** and other individuals associated with the company, including the invoice for the *** Deflagger" (which I cannot attach here).I am currently working with my bank to recover the funds and would sincerely appreciate your cooperation in investigating this matter and seeking justice.
