    Please read the entire review...it goes from bad to worse:The bad experience overwhelmingly negated the good part of them experience. Items were broken, furniture damaged, but the WORSE thing is they LOST at least 2 boxes. 1 contained family photos that were irreplaceable, the other contained riding gear valued at over $1,000! The box with photos was sent to SOMEONE ELSE on the East Coast of *******. Those people took the time to track us down and ship the box to **, thank goodness. Griner *********** management refused to reimburse us for the lost riding gear, and insulted us by implying we weren't being honest! We spent between $10-11,000 with them for storage and delivery services. During the time our belongings were being stored by then, they moved to a different location and transferred our property from them initial warehouse to the new one. We were never apprised of the change in storage facility. We believe that our property was mishandled during this relocation and helps to explain how 2 boxes were lost.Upon delivery, the team leader was told about an obvious scratch on wood furniture. He slid user the delivery truck, got AXLE GREASE and tried to apply it to the scratch!!!We understand that things happen in business, but it's the way they're handled/resolved that matters. THAT is our complaint. Its been over a year and the box of riding gear has never been located.
