      The delivery drivers parked in front of the house and did not deliver instead canceled and rescheduled for no reason everything was on the doorbell cam

      PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I WAS ON HOLD FOR 45 MINS. THE FIRST TIME JUST TO TELL MY MY DELIVERY WAS CANCELLED. 3 DAYS PASSED NO DELIVERY. I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF THEM AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND I WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY

      After being a customer of Sparkletts ******************** for almost 20 years, Primo merged with ********** and now our account has just disappeared. We have not had water delivered in almost a month. When you call you sit on hold for at least 45 minutes and then when you speak to someone they don't have any answers just that they are having issues. Went online to have Ozarka Water delivered they charged our credit card and new delivered the water, ****** has also merged with Primo. Primo needs to be shut down, this is not how you treat long time customers.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. No water has been delivered in over a month and when it was finally my delivery date they rescheduled to over 30 days out. They take your money out your account with no product and dont try to contact them it take over 30 mins to finally get someone then they cant find your account, put you on hold for another 30mins to not get results. I cant even cancel my account. ********************** do better

      ************* has merged with Primo water brands and increased prices significantly. I keep making contact with all the posted contact avenues; however with each call there is a dial tone after one ring. I have sent emails and attempted to make changes to my account directly via the app. Nothing works. They keep changing me despite never bringing me water. Primo Brands/ Ready Refresh does not have any means for you to easily cancel your account. **************** is nonexistent. This is a huge scam.

      You can not contact anyone; I was on hold for three hours. I guess they merged a bunch of companies and are in over their heads, but this is not how they should do business. I can not cancel online and have no way to get in contact with someone. pretty terrible.

      Re-scheduled my delivery without notification, after I already received a confirmation text a few days before for the delivery. Called customer service to found out why, after an hour wait on hold I made the decision to cancel my membership. Why would you want to do business with a company you can not get on the phone?? Save yourself unnecessary headache. Ready refresh should have never merged with whatever Primo brands is. They do not care about the customer.

      Horrendous service since April 2025! Merger with Primo/Readyrefresh is horrendous. Zero customer service. Very very long hold times. Dysfunctional website. No water. No explanation. No customer service. After 8 years, we are ready to leave! I'd give zero stars if possible. This merger ***** for all customers. I'd give zero stars if I could

      I was with ready fresh for 2 years now. Everything was fine. Any mishaps they will answer and solve the problem. Now that primo took over Everything has been a mess. The delivery men do not like to take empty bottles. Lie and state they did the delivery. When they never did. I call customer service on hold for more then 30 mins. To be told there is nothing they can do. I have to wait until the next delivery date. Mind you it's 2 weeks away. Having this service is to make it easier not harder. All I have been feeling is frustrated.But they don't make no sense of how the customers are responsible for their company drivers not doing there job. Im definitely looking for a new company.

      ****************! *********** I signed a contract with, Ready Refresh, did a merger with this stupid ********** dispenser broke while Ready Refresh still had my contract so I asked for a replacement. The replacement came in. When I put a water jug in the one from Primo, 5 gal. of water leaked all over my floor. Obviously I cant use the water because the dispenser is broken. After weeks of calling being put on hold for hours to only hang up in frustration, and never actually get my problem resolved, I went through the prompts incorrectly to get a human on the phone. She transferred me to the company in my area. While on hold, I checked my bank account and saw that Ive been charged $108 for Primo -with Ready Refresh, I was only paying $56 a month, and getting two extra bottles at that price. Once I finally get a *** on the line, I explained to him this issue. We talked about the new dispenser being broken and how I couldnt use the water that I was given so I wanted a refund of $108. This is something Ready Refresh wouldve happily obliged me with. But with Primo Water, the *** told me that he would issue me a refund of $1.99 for the rental cost, and a refund for the wasted water bottle, but thats it. I asked him to pick up the other water jugs, and he told me they dont take Water back. I asked him why my bill was double, and he let me know its because the brand of water I was receiving was now Alhambra, instead of the ***** brand. I asked what was better about ********, and how they justify charging $20 a jug. He said he understands me, that it is just simply water but that thats what it was and he cannot refund it. I told him I wanted to cancel my service. He obliged. I told him I was gonna report them to the BBB and take this up with my bank to dispute the charge. He transferred me to the escalation team, but of course they never answered. Get the word out about this horrible company. People should be aware who they are dealing with.
