      Reading these reviews is actually scary. The only thing more scary is visiting the new PRIMO Brand website. You click on the "delivery details" for your next delivery, and they are going to charge you for the just delivery itself ($15.35), but do not include WHAT PRODUCTS are to be delivered (in my case a 5 gallon plastic jug ($7.99) which would bring the total to $21.98. So, unless you SKIP that delivery, they will charge you for delivering NOTHING? I've skipped the last 3 deliveries to avoid this potentiality. Currently I'm working on canceling my account. I did reach a representative by phone after about a half-hour and after returning equipment and bottles, my credit card will be removed. Cross your fingers.

      I used ReadyRefresh for years and their service was awesome. Since PrimoBrands took this over, the service is terrible. They have now missed 5 verified delivery dates. I then have to wait 30 minutes on hold to be "guaranteed" another date that doesn't happen. Absolutely horrendous execution.

      After Ready Refresh was merged with Primo Brands, they are withdrawing monthly fees from our company account without delivering water for 5 months. We called several times and had to stay on hold for more than 1.5 hours and nobody from the billing department pick up the phone. We sent them an email but no answer. this is rip off and theft. We don't know what else to do to get our money back.

      I can't cancel my service. They keep charging me for a water dispenser they won't come pick up. I have instructed my cc company to not pay them anymore. Scam . They make it impossible to cancel.

      Terrible customer service. Emailed their contact, no reply. Called three days later, waited on hold over 30 minutes and they didn't show up on the date I waited over 30 minutes to schedule. Called back to ask why they didn't come and to cancel service - was on hold for over an hour.

      This business cancels delivery appointments regularly, sometimes with less than 24 hours notice. They don't have a way to cancel service online. They don't answer the phone. When I call I am either put on hold for 5 minutes then transferred to a quality service automated poll, or I am told to call back during service hours despite the call HAPPENING during service hours. Therefore, I cannot cancel via phone either. Should be negative stars. This company should not exist.

      This has been an absolute nightmare. Going on week 2 or 3 and 3rd missed appointment to get our broken water machine switched out. Don't even need to say much, everyone else's experience is the same. This is highly disappointing.

      If I could rate this business 0/5 starts I would. I originally got sparkletts as my water delivery service and had ZERO issues. Until they switched to ready refresh/primo water. Ever since this merge happened, my water delivery dates have been wrong, I havent been able to access my account as easy, and more. I cant get ahold of any customer service *** to cancel my subscription. They charged me 40$ after I skipped a delivery and never recieved anything. I currently have 3 bottles on hand and have emailed multiple times to come pick up and close my account and k havent heard anything. I also cannot turn off my auto pay???? It literally wont let me unless I add a whole different payment option and I should not have to do that. Legally there has to be easy access to close a subscription and stop a payment method if needed. Im going to my bank and filing a hold on this account and hope this issue gets resolved. Please do not use this service. Its cheaper and easier to buy 5 gal bottles and find a local water store to fill them up.
