      Absolutely awful company. They offer no support for negligent services. Had several missed deliveries. Extremely unreliable.

      Please don't sign up with this company. I received one delivery as a first time customer. Since then, they have rescheduled my delivery three times. I signed up for the ********* but then had to buy water because I am out. This defeated the whole purpose of the service.

      I feel gaslit by this company. I cannot get anyone on the phone, call hold times exceed even government disability lines at this point. Ive left 6 emails in the last month, not one response. For the last month now every delivery has been rescheduled to the next day without my consent or any reason. I have been blatently lied to by ** agents promising me a scheduled delivery when I did get in touch twice after waiting over an hour. It has been one month, I cannot afford to order gallon jugs every week/day because I cannot drink my tap water. This is a basic human right Im PAYING FOR and cant even get, clean water. Im livid, furious, and disgusted at how this company is handling their merger. Its criminal.

      Primo Water Corp. bought our Ready Refresh just as we were moving. Ready Refresh customer service was top notch...this company is ********. I waited 40 minutes to speak with a person about the fact that I should not be charged a $50 "reconditioning fee" on a dispenser that I have had and been paying monthly rental charges for over 15 years. That machine will never be used again it's not being refurbished and I'm sure I have paid for it multiple times with all the rental fees. I'm glad I'm no longer a customer.

      Wow, looks like I'm not alone in my issues. First, I received an ACH withdrawal that I did not recognize, turns out it's the "new" Primo Water company, and in an amount nearly THREE TIMES the usual charge. $210. I reviewed the invoice and saw new fees and charges that have never been on there before, including "RENT" which, I have no idea what that is since the bi-weekly charge for the cooler is also listed. I called and waited on hold for over 15 minutes before I gave up and had to move on. Yesterday was my scheduled delivery date and guess what... no water. Four empty bottles on my porch at 6:00 pm. I called again, finally got through to a *** who was "very sorry" that I was skipped over, but couldn't tell me why, and couldn't do anything to fix it. But my next delivery would be on May 28. Sooooo yeah. Charged three times the normal amount and no water. He also couldn't access my invoice to explain the charges to me, so he transferred me to billing. Another 5 min on hold. Nice lady in billing told me she couldn't explain the charges to me because she doesn't have "advanced knowledge" of my bill (again, this is a *** from billing who *does not have "advanced knowledge" of my bill*), but here's another number for you to call tomorrow. She tries to reschedule me for service for Friday (tomorrow) but makes it clear this is a "request," and she cannot guarantee anyone will show up. After I got off the phone, talked to my fiancee and we decide to just go to the store and fill our empty bottles at the machine instead. So I cancel my Friday delivery request, and decide to cancel my service altogether. Alas... can't do that from the website. And these crooks have their claws in my bank account, so not much I can do but keep overpaying for a service that I don't even receive. The kicker is that this inept bunch of losers have a monopoly on water service in my area. So I'm stuck lugging these bottles to the grocery store twice a month now. Like a **** bag lady.

      I am a disabled Veteran and have specific delivery dates and instructions due to my disabilities. They keep changing my delivery day to days that don't work for me. I have been trying to call Primo and they only answered once after ***** minutes on hold, only to be transfered to a supervisor on hold again for q house and 37 minutes, then they hung up on me. I want to cancel my service due to discrimination due to my disabilities. I'm beyond disgusted...

      All of the negative reviews are spot on! We have had Deep *********** water delivered for 2+ years. Now with this Primo Brands merger every single month is a dang problem. Last delivery I checked online and it said they were on their way. No one ever came! I go back online about 1 hour later and it shows they picked up 1 empty 5 gal bottle with no delivery. We have 4 bottles sitting out there! ** *** said driver took a picture of the ground?! That is a lazy lying driver. And then said he probably went to wrong address. How in the heck does that happen?! After 2+ years of them coming to our house which a 10 year could find! Time to find a different company. This merger is terrible!

      ************************/Ready Refresh and Primo Brands/********** have merged as of 2025. We are all experiencing horrible service since this merger took place without warning to any of us, including our driver is missing. Initially, our company was using Ready Refresh, but due to their poor service, we switched to Primo Brands/**********, and our experience improved significantlyuntil this recent merger. Now, we are facing horrible customer service, missed deliveries, and long hold times when we try to call for help. When we finally do get through to customer service, the responses are unsatisfactory and lead to no viable solutions. People talk, more than likely, they will lose more business as frustrated customers cancel their ********************, forcing the company to pick up dispensers and water bottles amid rising dissatisfaction. It's to bad. We loved having Primo Brands/Sparklets delivery service. We will see what happens when this all shakes out!
