      After Primo bought put my other water subscription service and hiked up the price, they proceed to leave their equipment on my front porch for over a month now. You probably shouldn't buy out companies if you don't have the man power to actually do the job. It's also impossible to get someone to answer the phone.

      ZERO 0!!This is the worst company in the *** since they took charge of Ready Refresh (or merged).They don't care about customers, you call them and your phone number is NOT in their system even thou you are a Ready Refresh customer for ********* call this "company", they put you on hold for 1 hour, yes, you did read it correct, 1 HOUR, AND THEN THEY HANG UP! ??I don't know which is worst, the phone or the App... both are.Somebody have to take care of this "company" services... If the BBB can't do a thing, then who can we call to? Where do we go to sign a complaint and make these responsible of the awful service they are providing?SOMEBODY HELP US, PLEASE!

      I've had multiple issues with Primo water not delivering water but that is not what this complaint is about. After the merger with Ready Refresh, I received 5 bottles of PureLife water. My subscription with Primo Water is for Sparkletts. I attempted to contact Primo Water but their customer service doesn't recognize my phone number or account numbers even though I have two accounts with them (one residential, one commercial). After multiple attempts at contacting them through chat, email and the phone, I finally got a hold of someone and stated I want the 5 bottles of PureLife picked up because I never ordered them, and I want my usual Sparkletts order. The representative stated they would pick up the Purelife bottles on 5/12, and I would get my usual Sparkletts order on 5/13. However, on 5/12 I just received some Sparkletts bottles. Nobody has picked up the 5 bottles. I can't get a hold of anyone, and more importantly I was overcharged. Since the merger with Ready Refresh, I was charged $140 for my residential account for a single delivery. If I review the invoice I see they are charging me for prior deliveries that I already paid (as can be seen on my bank statement). Not only that, but they are also charging me for the 5 bottles I never ordered and added to $20 charges for "rent" which I never had before. I called customer service and sat on hold for ****** before someone answered only to tell me they need to transfer me to another person. I saw on hold for another 45mins before giving up because I have to work. So buyer beware. This company will charge you for deliveries that do not arrive. They will deliver products you did not order. And they will bill you for invoices you already paid.

      Ever since I purchased a business and asked that the Primo account be switched to my name, this business has done EVERYTHING wrong. They cancelled deliveries, then tried to deliver several days in a row, and now they have created a duplicate account and double charged me for equipment. This business is AWFUL. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

      Weve been with this company since Ready Refresh and havent had many issues but this month has been horrible. They texted me April 29th our delivery would be coming May 2nd, then they rescheduled it for the 5th, then the 6th, then the 8th, then the 12th, now they just cancelled again for the 5th time and maybe they will come the 14th if I dont cancel before then. I can get the water for the same price if not cheaper at HEB so might just do that since I already paid off the water dispenser.

      I was on the ph getting transfer from w/cust svc, specialist acct, manager for 2 hrs to clear a matter they charged me 2's no deliveries some how they couldn't find my acct yet they sure did find my credit card and when i told them i want to cancel the svc oh boy they put me on hold for 1 hrs for the specialist what specialist is just cust svc this cust sec chines girl all she did repeat herself for a 1/2 hr she got on my nerves am a person that get to the point don't like to waist time ever since they took ready fresh it when down hill on the svc they could be all nice that doesn't take care the problem get charge for something your not getting and one of their water bottles had something black in side I call never got the problem fixed

      This company is nothing but a scam. We notified Sparkletts/Primo two weeks in advance of our move-out date to cancel service and schedule a cooler pick-up. The first pick-up was scheduled three days later with a wide 8 AM-5 PM window, but no one showed up. We called again and rescheduled, explaining the urgency of our move. Despite assurances that our account was "flagged" and the request escalated, no one came.This pattern repeated two more times. Each time, *************************** acknowledged the urgency and claimed a pick-up was scheduled, but no one arrived. I made multiple follow-up calls, and every time, I was told a different pick-up date--none of which were honored.On our move-out day (Friday), I was told the pick-up was now scheduled for the following Monday. We were ultimately advised to pack and take the water cooler with us, which is both unreasonable and unacceptable.Throughout this ordeal, not a single **************** representative was able to reach anyone at our local branch. They are good at one thing, auto-billing your account FOREVER.

      Can I leave lessthan 1? My delivery has been skipped with their ' account merger". I held on the line longer than 15 minutes, and the representative told me my delivery should be there prior to 6 PM local. it was not delievered, I was out for work and had no water delivery at home for my children. The delivery prior to that was wrong. Over the past month now we have been running short each time. I am on hold longer than 10 minutes and multiple calls, with them just telling me ' they can not see my account because of the merger"?????

      I have had deep rock delivery for over one year now. On April 17, the wrong water was delivered today is now May 7 and I am still trying to get the correct order delivered and this wrong order picked up they have scheduled two different times and never came. The wait time on the calls are over 30 minutes just to get switched representatives and sometimes hang up on. This has been a horrible experience just for water.

      Ive had Primo water since the beginning of this year. The deliveries were fine. They came every two weeks delivered on a Tuesday. Its been three weeks since *** had my water delivered. They changed it from Tuesday to Friday without notice. **************** said it was because of a merger. I seriously doubt it they were supposed to come on Friday never showed up. I called several times. They promised that the delivery would be here at 3:00 pm no later than 4:00 pm. I have had a replacement cooler sitting by my front door for three weeks now they were supposed to pick it up when they delivered a new one the delivery guy never picked it up. But he left me my four bottles of water. He had a really nasty attitude. I canceled my service due to unprofessionalism and inconsistencies of my delivery. They were supposed to pick it up today, Wednesday, May 7 and then I get a text stating that its been rescheduled for Friday, May 9 so now I have two water coolers and five empty bottle sitting by my front door. Every time I try to call it takes 30 to 40 minutes to connect somebody only to get transferred somewhere else when I call it doesnt recognize my account number or my phone number. They said it is because of the merger, there is no excuse for this. I am taking it extremely personal from the driver that he is failing to deliver my water on purpose and that he is failing to pick up the equipment and empty water bottles on purpose. This is the worst company ever never ever again will I sign up for water delivery nor will I recommend this company.
