      This company is the worst, whether they go by Primo Water, Primo Brands or Ready Refresh. It's all the same company. They've missed my water delivery 8 different times. Every time I call, I have to wait on hold for 15 to 20 minutes, and then its the same story, they say they will definitely make the next delivery, only to lie and not show up. It happens again, and again and again. Meanwhile they charge your credit card and refuse to give you any refunds. Stay away!

      If I could give 0 stars I would! My water dispenser has been leaking and I called for them to exchange it. I've made arrangements for someone to be home for the exchange 4 different dates that they did not show up on. I even called to confirm they are coming and the representative assured me they were coming each time and by the end of the day I get a text saying they are unable to deliver it and they just schedule me a new date that they will probably again not show on. Since they have merged to Primo Brands their service has been horrible and unacceptable!

      I see everyone is having the same issues with this awful company! Ive been on hold for 2 hours trying to get a hold of an agent! My scheduled delivery of April 23rd was cancelled due to unforeseen delays they gave me a new delivery date of April 29 and again unable to deliver no reason why. I am now on May 5th and still no delivery!! I get a hold of an agent and all they say is let me get you to the right **** and transfer you to someone else! If I could give it zero starts I would!! This is extremely frustrating and ridiculous! Stay away from this awful awful water company!!!

      If I could leave a zero for my experience with Primo water I would!!! This company does not care about customer satisfaction at all! They have not delivered my water for the past 3 deliveries dates without and notification of them not delivering! But they did charge my credit card! I would not give them your business at all!! When you ask for compensation for the inconvenience they will not accommodate your request because they dont care about a very dissatisfied customer, but instead will be more than willing to just cancel your account with them! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME!!

      This company is horrible. We've been a loyal customer for several years now (when it was Ready Refresh), but we constantly get charged for items we never even ordered. There's no way to get in touch with anyone - try to call, and the call fails. Try to chat, there's never an agent available. Try to email... oh look, there's no email. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

      As a small business owner myself, I want to make it absolutely clear: I would never in a million years treat my clients the way this company has treated me. When you start a small business and grow, youre supposed to remember why you began not just for the money, but for the reputation your name stands for and the service you promise to deliver. Unfortunately, its clear this company has forgotten all of that.I had a scheduled delivery for Monday, April 28, 2025. It never arrived. I called that afternoon and was assured it would be delivered it wasnt. I called again early Tuesday morning, April 29, and was promised same-day delivery. Once again, nothing. No delivery. No **************** 5 p.m., with no sign of my order, I called again and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told someone would call me back. That didnt happen ********** its Wednesday, April 30, and not only do I still have no delivery I still have no water but I had to make yet another call myself just to get a response. Thankfully, the supervisor I finally reached was kind and did return my call, but even she admitted she couldnt do anything because the company is now so large that no one in management can be reached directly everything has to go through email, and we just wait for a response.That is absolutely unacceptable.This entire experience has been beyond frustrating. Ive been treated as though my time, my needs, and my business dont matter like my dollar doesnt count. Well, let me be clear: it does. And Ill be taking it elsewhere.I will never do business with this company again. Dont waste your money here its clearly not appreciated.

      I've used Ready Refresh for Ozarka water for many years and they were recently purchased by Primo Brands.I tried to order a new water dispenser online but the Primo website kept redirecting me to the beginning so i tried to chat and it kept redirecting me to the same options. So i called, held for about 20 minutes and the lady who answered could barely speak English and spoke very fast. She finally understood that i wanted a new dispenser and said it would be delivered 5/24. Then i got an email saying it would be delivered 5/25 but it never arrived. So i called in my kids who are computer savvy, they experienced the same runaround online, managed to chat and Primo had no record of my order. I had them cancel my service immediately.Ready Refresh was always helpful, their website was flawless and when i needed to speak to a person they answered quickly and spoke in clear English. Primo Brands is obviously in an acquisition mode and their website, chat, phone and delivery services have taken a backseat to customer service. Tomorrow I'm going to Costco to purchase cases of Ozarka water and then research water dispensers and 5 gallon bottles of Ozarka water which is a terrific product. Our family drinks a lot of water and Primo Brands just lost a long time customer that pays about $75 a month for water. I rarely complain about anything but Primo's customer service it non-existent.

      I can't believe this company is in business. Outrageously shady business practices, will raise rates without any notice or information. They tell you you can pay monthly to own the unit at ****** and then turn around and charge you $250 for not returning the device you thought you owned. Both of my accounts have the wrong name on them, and to cancel I need the approval of make believe people that own the account. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS

      Primo Water had sales **** at ******. I was looking for more information so I gave them my info. I looked the *** in the eyes and said I do not want to be signed up for anything, I just want to be contact for more information. He assured me that was the case. The next time I hear from Primo, they have already signed me up for an account and they were asking about delivery dates. I was annoyed but I wanted to try water delivery anyway, so I went ahead with the service. It was extremely overpriced, the water bottles take up so much room, and the system is not as easy to maintain as they make it seem. At one point my water started tasting weird and I wondered it it was mold in the system. Anyway, I canceled the service I never should have started. And then they charge my credit card 103 dollars after I no longer even have an account with them. I called, and nobody can tell me why because all their systems have been transferred over elsewhere and my account it apparently gone. Really shady!!! Do NOT recommend.

      Ive never experienced worse service than from Primo Water (My Water+ app).Ordered on April 11. Delayed to April 14 no delivery.Then April 17 no delivery.Then April 21 still nothing.Thats 4 missed deliveries, despite repeated promises.
