      Primo is the worst!! I canceled and went elsewhere, repeatedly charged, and never delivered my order. Stay away from this company

      Just like everyone else on here, primo water acquired sparkletts and now I never get water. I still get billed, they leave empty bottles out for weeks, weeks on end, my neighbors too. They are the worst. No accountability with customer service.completely terrible.

      One of the Worst Service Experiences I've Ever Had I rarely leave reviews, but feel compelled to in this case. I've been waiting over a month for water jug delivery and have spoken with seven different representatives over the last 10 days — all of whom promised delivery "the next day." Not once has it arrived. I’ve wasted hours on the phone with staff who had no real information and no ability to follow through. Four separate reps assured me the delivery would arrive the following day — each time, nothing showed up. Unfortunately, there seem to be few alternatives for water delivery in this area, but this level of disorganization and disregard for customers is unacceptable. This company should be reported to the BBB and seriously investigated. If you have other options, take them.

      This company(readyrefresh)and the company that took over (Primo)or whatever, is by far the worst ever.If I can give them a negative star I would.They charge you then claim they delivered the water which was all lies.Then I cancelled my service with them,had a scheduled pickup which they never came and I had that **** sitting on my porch for over a week. Then to turn around and get a email that it was picked up.More lies.I contacted them again for my refund for them to tell me they refunded it to a primo credit account.Now what sense does that make if I don't wanna continue business with them..Credit my card or send me a check.If your having thoughts about using this company, reconsider and run.They customer service is terrible with bad attitudes and they lie just like the delivery drivers.Im convinced these people are scammers

      We used to be Ready Refresh customers several years ago and apparently they were recently acquired by Primo Brands. Even though we had canceled our water delivery with Ready Refresh back in 2022, all of the sudden a few weeks ago we got a water shipment. We assumed it was delivered to us by accident because we didnt order anything and I got no emails saying that a delivery was coming, there was no information attached to the water when it was delivered, so we left it on our driveway, assuming it may have been for a neighbor and delivered to us in error, in case someone came to pick it up we didnt want to bring it inside. Suddenly two weeks later I get an email asking me to complete a survey about my satisfaction with my recent delivery. I log into my account and see that suddenly we are signed back up for recurring deliveries and have a bill for almost $150 for water we never ordered. Trying to deal with Primos customer service, who used to be great with ready refresh, was awful. The girl on the other end hardly spoke English, couldnt explain to me why we suddenly started getting deliveries out of nowhere after almost 3 years of not having one, and then used the switch to premium brands as an excuse for a glitch in the system. I fully believe they reactivated dead accounts, hoping that they might get some money out of people at the very least and reactivate interest in recurring deliveries with some folks. Even after calling customer service, having them come pick up the water and telling them Im not paying for something I never asked for. I just got another email today asking me to pay my overdue balance. The last time I called customer service I waited over 20 minutes just to speak to someone, and now Im stuck calling customer service again. I would never do business with this brand ever again. Such a shame that they have taken over as Ready Refresh had wonderful customer service based in the US and I never had a problem with them.

      If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have been a customer for 2 year and today was the breaking point. At the beginning of June, I had added an additional cooler and 6 more 5 gallon bottles for a total of 2 coolers and 9 bottles. The delivery took place however they only left 3 bottles, which is our monthly delivery. I called their support number and the wait time was over 20 minutes so I selected to be called back. When I got the call back, I was on that call for 50 minutes. The first rep tried to reschedule for August, I said absolutely not because it was supposed to be delivered today. She was not very helpful at all so I asked to speak to a supervisor. That was no better. She did the same thing by trying to schedule August. It was like no one was listening to me. At the 50 minute mark, since they were not resolving my issues, I decided to cancel the service and asked for a pickup. Then she said we hate to lose your business. Well, if they did not want to lose my business, they should have done everything they could to make this right and they didn't. This was the worst experience I have had in a while and I am completely disgusted with the level of customer service that was provided. I would not recommend this company to anyone because of today's experience.

      Hold times are atrocious with no resolution and multiple transfers. All to hopefully just receive my refund from the water bottle deposit, which they should just mail to me instead of sending emails with an invoice credit every month from a no reply address.

      TERRIBLE delivery reliability and good luck getting anyone on the phone. They are horrible. They haven't made an on time delivery since they acquired Ready Refresh. And moreover they acquired ALL the water delivery companies in Dallas so you are either stuck with them or without water. It's absurd and why there shouldn't be monopolies!

      Terrible customer service! Extremly difficlult to communicate with CS. And after they are reached. There is no change to customer's problems. Moreover, there is no help to be had to fix any problems.
