      Unethical practices with hidden fees to residential families. 3 months agreement established through Costcowater.com, rates changed without direct notification. Charged me for a sealed and empty bottle I purchased from Pick n' Save, without account credit, then had to complain about it for 2 more months. by the 5th month, currently charged me $94 for 2 bottles of water. Did I mention this happened shortly after Veterans Day, (and they know about me as a disabled combat veteran living on disability from the Iraqi War of 2006), after I told them I wasn't going to take this lying down... There needs to be a class action law suit filed directly against DS Services, ("allegedly" parent company of Primo a.k.a. Coca-Cola..."allegedly").

      I was quoted a price of $82.00 and I would have to pay for a deposit fee of $40.00 for the glass bottles but was told I would be refunded when the bottles were returned. I had the service for one month and this company charge my account $476.61 in one month it’s only my husband and I that live in our home. My delivery was twice a month my first delivery was 2 bottles which were $33.00 per bottle my second delivery was also 2 bottles then at the end of the month they delivered 4 bottles. I was going through health issues when I order the water and had many doctors appointments so I decided to check my account and found out my first charge was $162.65 and then two weeks later they charged me $82.65 then the next charge was $231.31 I called immediately and cancelled my water delivery. I spoke to someone I told them I didn’t order 4 bottles and we talked about a refund she told me I needed to return the bottles and she said my refund would be $335.00 when I returned the 4 full bottles of water that I didn’t order and this included $100 in deposit money she said she would send this request to the refund department and it would take up to 48 hr and I should get my refund but two weeks later I had to called back and they told me they sent a check out on the 14th of November here it’s the 30th and still nothing the last time I called they treated me like I did them wrong the guy even said oh I see your account you need to talk to someone else I want my money Back I only used 4 bottles in a month and not have to pay almost $500.00 dollars for it. Worst customer service. I will continue to call until I get a refund. I don’t recommend this service it’s done in poor conditions they record their conversations I told them to go back and listen to the conversation I had with the first representative and they could hear she told me I get a refund.

      Do not expect to talk with anyone when you call their customer service. Typical wait time before talking to any customer rep is at least 45 minutes. Sometimes Primo will just hangup before anyone ever answers. Very unprofessional.

      I recently received an email stating my account with sparklers/primo water is in collections. This was mind blowing to me as I cancelled service with them by phone in August. I didn’t leave any bottles out for delivery, and even after canceling I kept getting calls saying they were preparing for my scheduled delivery. I couldn’t log into the account and I haven’t been able to reach anyone after calling the first time. I emailed customer service after receiving the collections email, informing them their info was incorrect. They have not replied. We will never use this company again nor recommend them.

      I am not happy! This company is not communicative. I was skipped again! They never delivered yesterday! They are not consistent. They won't let me know to come pick up my water. I won't be paying my last bill. They need to come get their stuff!!! And if they come right on time to pick it up I am going to be so upset! Primo water needs to hire reliable people and then maybe pay them more! They are not being treated right or being paid right if they won't show up to deliver. Like why aren't your managers jumping on a truck and making deliveries. I get you guys needed two days off for a holiday then you should of made sure everyone's water was good to go! I don't even want to put one star. They deserve no stars!!!!! They're a crappy company will be posting this on my Tiktok and Facebook. I will let all 10k of my followers know NOT to use Alahmambra water(cause it's Primo) and don't use PRIMO cuase they don't pay their people the proper living wages! I've cancelled my account and I won't be paying my last bill. Call it a loss for not being a good company. I hope you get shut down and lose your jobs for not being communicative for not properly training your staff. I'm done. I'll be calling the corporate side too. But let them know they're not getting a dime from me. And they better home the homeless don't come and get their cooler cause it's been out in the rain for two days!

      These folks own Sparklettes water delivery service. Rarely have I encountered such an inept bunch of people. They are the worst communicators. Their computers are often down. I've had deliveries screwed up several times then I can't get anyone on the phone to help. Their website lacks the ability to take care of issues myself. I call to get help and those who answer the phone are unfairly unprepared. I mean it seems like they are run by a bunch of high school students. It blows my mind that their management staff feels like they deserve their salaries. (eye roll icon) Really, really lame service. If i had a choice, believe me, I'd go elsewhere.

      We used Primo water for around two years. For the first year and a half or so, we had no issues. About seven months ago, our water started to develop a foul taste and smell, like a bacteria build-up. We contacted Primo, and they provided a replacement dispenser. About two months ago, it happened again, same foul taste and smell. Once again, Primo sent us a replacement dispenser, and after installing it, and putting a fresh bottle in, the smell and taste was back in under a week.
      At this point we gave up, and called to cancel service. We were advised that a bottle deposit would not be returned for our two full bottles, so we decided to open them and use the water.
      Both brand new, completely sealed 5 gallon jugs reeked of the exact same bacteria smell.
      Somewhere along the line, bacteria is entering the water that Primo is delivering to customers.
      I did call primo to report it, but of course I never heard back.

      Professional, polite, personality and salesman. Joe is our Driver in El Paso, Tx. servicing the Eastside of town. He is courteous, on time and goes above and beyond.

      I had an extremely disappointing experience with Crystal Water Company. They repeatedly failed to pick up my empty bottles and credit me as promised. Even when they did deliver, they carelessly dropped the bottles at the bottom of my driveway instead of in front of my front door, making me do the extra work.
      What's even worse is the complete lack of response from the manager despite my numerous calls, during which I was left on hold for an unreasonably long time. It's evident that they lack basic customer service.
      I tried canceling my service, but they continued to charge me, leaving me feeling trapped and deceived. My conclusion is that Crystal Water Company is nothing but a fraudulent operation with poor management that should be avoided at all costs.
