This customer called in for a quote on replacing the lifters due to a ticking sound , she had another mechanic diagnosis it and had us replace the lifters, when it was completed there was still some noise and we informed the customer that there may be additional items that need replacement but that it would need to be further diagnosed. We told her that the original diagnosis from her mechanic was not correct although there was already damage to the lifters upon removal when we saw. She called, we told her to bring it in and we would further diagnose it in detail and would tear it down for free but that she would have to pay for whatever parts additional and any additional labor. When she dropped the vehicle off the second time, we were busy and didnt have a tech available and we told her we needed more time. we never heard back from her.

I am rejecting this response because: I already pay you almost $200 to diagnose my car plus pay you $2500 for repairs but my car still not fixed . I dont feel I should have to keep paying because you didnt not diagnose correctly the first time. Im asking for you to please help me fixed the noise in my car that I already paid you to fix.please contact me so we can work together to resolve the problem.

    Sincerely,
