Started my adventure here with an appointment for 9:30am. I sat in an empty lobby for an hour while my car sat outside. Two attractive females walked in without an appointment (they stated this, so that's how I know) and the Dude working took them in before me as a way of running game on them. He proceeded to go outside and flirt with them while for 30 minutes or so. I watched the guy in charge ******* or whatever his name is smoke like 6 cigarettes in the time it took to make my car move. The place is in dire need of repairs there were holes in the roof everything was dirty. I watched the Service Manager put actual customers on hold to continue his personal conversation about real estate. ******* is buying deeds and tax liens instead of doing whatever he's supposed to be doing here. The phone was literally ringing without anyone to answer it several times. I think It shows the blatant disregard for their customers when I'm the only person in the lobby with the phone ringing off the hook. Not only was there no one there to answer my questions, but they were ignoring the person on the phone. I was even able to capture this on video because it kept happening, while I was taking a video to showcase the lack of cleanliness and responsibility this place is putting on display. My car is a 2023 only 6 months old. They will lie and make every excuse to remain lazy and it is visible in all aspects of their business. After I arrived home I discovered that they grossly overfilled my tires. They charge for tire service on the receipt and did a tire disservice. As overinflating tires is, dangerous and makes them wear faster and unevenly. I even have audio clips of him arguing with me after I went outside with him and saw for myself that the tires were in spec. One guy made a joke about how he could charge women $0.37 per pound for air and they would pay. It seems like they regularly will take advantage of you as a woman here. This place is terrible in every way avoid it.

I asked them you diagnostic my car open up my engine, why you dont know whats wrong with it and cannot fix it. They asked me if they open up my car again what I expect in the long term now the car still can running its just making bother noise I get surprised the way they *********** my cars do not fix for what really wrong with it have to be fix the problems do the same and I lose $2500 I dont think I deserve to pay that money I want Midas to refund money back because my car still not fixed what it needs to be fixed
