  My service was never completed, but they collected $800. To this day I’m with a temporary, front tooth. Never got my crown. How unethical can they be still in business, throughout S.W. Florida. The office promise me that I will receive the reimbursement for the $800. But I had to wait 3 months. It’s way overdue. I have been waiting for years now!! Now it’s going to cost me more for a crown, money that I don’t have.

  they are highway robbery they bill me for the services that i refuse i dont why they still businesses i read all the customer review all of them are negative review starting from services and over charge for service please consumer appeal businesses , agriculture of florida consumer service and board dentistry do something with issue to many of the victim of this coast dental billing and service

  If I could leave 0 stars I would do just that! I went in for aligners October 2022 at the ****** office; my visit was pleasant the dentist was great, however the front staff is trash the management is trash! There was some sort of misscommunication and I never received the aligners I was paying on after months of not being able to get in touch I requested a refund that was granted. The finance company has already fulfilled my refund however I was told by this establishment that my refund would take 6-8 weeks that was March 2023 here we are in July and no refund, the manager has not returned my calls they said that the General manager is responsible for processing the refund but for some reason has not processed mine. No one can give me the contact of this person or even corporates contact information. My patience has run out with this ***************** am reporting them as fraud to my bank! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, the owner should consider hiring more professionals mannered staff because their work ethic & customer service reflects on their entire establishment

  This place is no good at all they had tried to charge for a periodontal surgery and for a cavity i set an emergency cleaning for 7/14/2023 and they tried to charge for that even though it is covered by my dental insurance i even verified from my insurance and they said yes that they cover extractions.I had been in pain since February with a cavity but tried telling me i needed to pay 2 thousand and on top of that they were shoving an expensive toothbrush in my face and i respectfully declined im only on state help i only receive ssi every month and for them to do that was very disrespectful i will sadly be reporting them to the health department and my insurance this place is very dirty and rude please never go. they will not do a cleaning nor give antibiotic if in pain they have me going to different places just for a root canal and that dentist doesn't accept my insurance either i've been in severe pain for a week the hospital can not take a tooth out if in pain so at this point all i have to do i suffer cause aint nobody wanna help someone. EVERYBODY DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU.

  I thought I liked them at first. They told me I would pay $112 for the spin X-ray and oral cancer screen. I was ok with that. Then we had the time with the Dentist via video who was looking at my X-rays and recommended all sorts of deep cleaning with numbing and antibiotics. My insurance was going to pay $80. I was told my bill would be over $2000! I declined and signed the declination and said I would just like a cleaning today. They refused saying they had to do what the Dr recommended or they could not treat me. I said I signed a declination which releases them and the Dr of liability if my teeth fall out. They still refused! I have never ever heard of such a thing. Now have to try to find another dentist in ********** Fla that hopefully is reputable!! Obviously it is about getting money not the care of the patients teeth!

  Someone should look into this place. The smell is awful inside...smells like mold. Seems very dirty once you get back into the x-ray room. Told I have to pay up front for services, when I questioned what they were billing for (this was an annual and xrays which is covered by my insurance) they told me it was for an oral gum cancer flush ($55) and a special type of xray ($23) because they send it to the dentist who does a video chat with me????? When I questioned how a dentist can even know what is going on if they don't look at your teeth they said that was why did they did the "extra" xray! Then when I said I wasn't comfortable with it the girl at the front counter asked me what was wrong. I said that I was told I have to pay this bill and she told me the oral gum cancer flush was optional. I said well that is not what the girl in the room told me. She told me I had to pay the bill before she could start treatment. I was not comfortable with anything, so I left. Also, I understand people speak other languages, but I could not even communicate with the girl that was scheduled to clean my teeth. She didn't tell me her name and all I understood her say is "my English broken". How can she clean people's teeth when you cannot even explain what is going on to her. All I can say to EVERYONE is DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. It was dirty, smelled funny (like mold), they bill for services but don't tell you they are optional. RUN just RUN!!!!!! If I could I would leave a no star or negative stars!!!!

  Coast dental at **************** owes me $930 for a surgical procedure that they didn't perform. I called the corporate office they don't return the phone calls and they don't answer the phone they keep telling me that they're working on it. If you leave a bad review at this Coast dental address somehow they are deleting all the bad reviews so all the reviews looks like it's fairy tales and puppies in this office when it's not

  Hello, Coast Dental's timeframe for processing refunds is typically 6-8 weeks from the District Manager/Regional ************************** Lately, however, we have been seeing a 3-4 week turnaround. I have checked the status of your refund and see that it is queued to process on 07/14/2023 - 3 weeks from the final approval date of the field. I apologize for the wait and will ensure this is completed before the week ends.

  The office on East Irlo Bronson Hwy is by far the worst dental office I have been to. Besides being in there for almost 4 hours I feel they ripped me off. They told me I needed a deep cleaning which would cost over $900.00. I said I would not spend this kind of money and they said that over half of that would be covered by insurance. They convinced me I really needed this procedure or I could have serious problems in the future. I paid what we agreed to and a few weeks later got a bill for over $450.00. I called multiple times over a 2 week period before finally talking to the manager. I told her that I was guaranteed that all I had to pay is what I paid at the office already. She basically told me that I was responsible for the balance, that she didn’t believe I was told that I wouldn’t have to pay any more and there was nothing she could do about it. Not only do they lie to you I have found out by another dentist that this was a totally unnecessary procedure and they do it to almost everybody, so they are unscrupulous as well. From he other reviews I am now reading this seems to be a corporate thing. Don’t go to this group of rip-off artists

  Refused a cleaning because I would not pay out of pocket for antibiotic treatments. Initially told me I was wasting my money with cleanings because I was not getting any improvement. Really not liking the dental hygienist at all.north Lakeland location. How can they refuse service isn't it better to do something rather than nothing. Disrespectful

  I have insurance and teething cleaning was $500. Needless to say I walked out the door and never got my teeth cleaned. I had to put 1 star because I had too. I would give the negative 5 star if I could. Just another corporation sticking it to people. I would strongly suggest no one even make an appointment. Run Forest Run.
