    Hired this company to do this massive marketing campaign, social media, digital, etc. ***** the *** is a ConMan a liar at best never follow through with what they say theyre going to do even when its in writing we spent over $10,000 with this company, they are a joke. I would suggest everybody to run away from them. And looking at their last few reviews obviously this is a pattern of behavior from This person.

    Mr. ***,

    My name is *********************** and I am the *** here at iPD Agency. I was not in this position during your campaign but I have looked into your complaint. This campaign was 10/17/22 - 10/28/22. It produced 222 leads and 61 appointments and transfers to your dealership. I see your campaign was extended for an additional week because you had voiced some concerns. From that point I don't have any conversations documented. I did speak to our owner ********************* and he stated he told you he would be willing to work with you but a refund wasn't something that could be offered. The advertising spend had been spent and the hard costs already accounted for. I never enjoy losing a customer and I'm sure you feel the same about your customers. There are times where it's just not a good fit for various reasons and it's best to part ways. I hate to hear you're upset, but I do stand by my company and my ownership. ********************* is an honorable man and although he'd be the first to admit he's not perfect, we strive as a company to always do our best to be better today than we were yesterday.
