      I have been receiving compression stockings through Stymco Medical for several years now. I was forced to use their service by ****************** Blue Shield of NJ if I wanted them to the cost of my compression stockings. For the first few years I would receive a call or text from Stymco medical to confirm that I would like to receive 2 new pairs of compression stockings billed to my insurance. After a few shipments Stymco medical started shipping the stockings to me and billing my insurance automatically. This past year my health insurance put a deductible on durable medical equipment which would mean I need to pay for the stockings out of pocket. I have contacted Stymco Medical on the phone which I was hung up on after ******************************************************** stockings. They are still shipping the stockings and billing me through carecentrix. $82.28 per pair which is ridiculous. Initially I would receive 2 pairs every 6 months, now they have started shipping more frequently. In the past 9 months I have received 8 pairs and now I have a bill for $360 for stockings I don't want. Now I am being extorted for money by their partner *********** who will put me in collections if I don't pay for the stockings I never wanted!

      Stymco Medical contacted Mr. ** **** this morning and clarified that we actually did not have the opportunity to speak to him and assist with his concerns. We have stopped the recurring orders and will process the orders based on his approval/timing. He also has products that are unused/unopened that he will be returning with a prepaid label. Stymco Medical will follow up with Mr. ** **** to ensure he receives the label and once the return is received CareCentrix will be notified to adjust his balance due.

      Product vs Service There product is the best. Never any leakage (unless bag was too full) didnt need to use paste or barriers strips Service was great in the beginning. They called monthly to confirm. The last two months service has been awful. They have sent me the wrong things 4 times. Thank goodness I juts had my reversal.
