      I placed an order for body oils on August 16, 2024, but as on Oct 25, 2024, haven't received anything. There has been some correspondence but no action. I want my money back.

      I ordered the oils June 28. After several attempts to get more information than just "order confirmed" and the run around, I asked for my money back. I filed a dispute with cash app and a complaint with Shop app. At which point, the seller created a shipping label, to get them off her back I'm assuming, but that is all. Order confirmed June 28. Shipping label created August 10. Still no product. I want my money back.

      Order #***** on July ******* I ordered this over a month ago always getting ignored through emails I requested a refund numerous times because it's always an issue I no longer want nor need the products I want the money back **************** is beyond horrible I was provided with no updates went to my local post office and they said it's never be shipped yet but the saler lied and say it's on its way

      On March 29, 2024,I placed an order for oil and soap that totaled $110.92 (Order *****). Ten days later I hadn't received any communication, so I used the websites contact us to inquire about my order. A few hours later I received a tracking number on April 9, 2024. On April 18, 2024, I had not received my order and contacted customer service asking for a replacement or a refund. I received a response to give it a few days and if it wasn't received a replacement would be sent. I waited a few days with no package, and wrote the company again asking for a refund. I was told to wait and see if it showed up. I have tried calling, emailing, and only receive the runaround. I do not have the product and I am asking for a full refund of $110.92 to make me whole once again.

      Business is a front I think... Did a little research and found some shady things going on .. tried to resolve with business but was given lies and the run around

      On our end we show the order was delivered March 9, after the order was placed February 26. We have not heard from this customer about any issues so we are confused what they are seeking.

      I am rejecting this response because: full order wasn't received and I paid for fast delivery was not fast .. I had to make this complaint before business even sent order... So I'm confused as to why business acting brand new
