All cancellation requests must be submitted directly through RightwayParking.com and not through the parking facility. To qualify for a refund, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start date and time of your reservation. Any requests received after the reservation start time will not be eligible for a refund.
Please be aware that all cancellations are subject to a $5.99 Cancellation Fee, plus the cost of one day of parking. Refunds will not be provided for unused parking reservations, whether intentional or accidental.
