    I had a pool cage installed by this company in 2024. I wished I would have paid better attention to the blue prints. I would have noticed that there was no gutter around where the composite roof and the roof meet. Hence this area leakes when it rains. I will add that we had a guy from the company and caulk it several times, but it still leakes. Also, the screen doors do not lock properly. We also had some damage to one of the structure supports from hurricane ******. I had called the company to report the damage since it had not been a year since it was installed and there was supposed to be a 1 year warranty. I was informed the warranty does not include hurricane damage and that it would be $200 just to come assess it.

    The warranty is very specific and is not in fine print.  Right in the middle of the warranty is the following:

    Hurricane damage is an Act of God and should be put through the customer's homeowner's insurance policy for a claim.

    The customer should contact our office in ***** for any other service issues that they may have.  There is no knowledge of anyone denying our customers of warranty service issues, but Acts of God are clearly not covered.

    I signed a contract with Patio Enclosures on Jan 4, 2025, for back porch and front enclosure. I wanted these completed before rainy season commences as the back porch lets water in when it rains. On April 7, 2025, a gentlemen came to do measurements of both front and back areas. He was unable to do so because the gutters were still in place. He informed my husband, that they needed to be removed before he could do accurate measurements The measurements he had did not come close to what he was provided. He mentioned that he would notify someone at Patio Enclosures to make sure they send someone to remove the gutters. The contract did stipulate "work to start approximately 16 to 18 weeks from date of this contract... to be completed approximately 2 to 4 weeks after commencement." As of today, May 17, 2025, 18-weeks since we signed the contract no one has called us back to verify any Information. We have called and left messages and sent texts. Even had a live chat and still no reply. I have so far paid $353.48 of the initial downpayment to ********, the company financing the project. At this point, I don't want to continue to pay or have any dealings with a company that does not value its customer and does not have the decency to respond to messages, whether via text, email or phone call!!

    I placed my order to have my patio enclosed in October 2024. The manufacturing and installation didnt end up being done until the end of January 2025. They did not complete the installation as they indicated the door was damaged and had to be manufactured. Trying to communicate with this company to get an update and estimated completion date is unsatisfactory. Regardless of the day or time calling multiple times it is difficult to get anyone to answer at the office. Voicemails and emails not returned. I was promised the installation would be completed the week of March 3rd. Nobody ever showed up. Today on March 7th a representative said that my installation was marked complete in their system and the lady didnt know what happened and said she would try to find out. I still have not heard anything back and I cant find anyone in management to talk to escalate this problem of my patio enclosure installation not being finished. I want the job finished immediately and my final installation payment waived for all of the hassle Ive had to go through.

    We did have a problems with Mr. ******* installation such as: missing materials from original factory order; mis measurements that led to custom materials manufactured incorrectly; and a missing door that had to be reordered with delayed installation.  In addition, our sub-contractor did miss an appointment.  However, we did in contact with Mr. ***** to keep him informed of next steps up to and including installation.

    Attached is a clip from our notes.  The job was completed on 3/15/25, one week prior to the complaint.

    An attempt to reach Mr. ***** on 3/16/25 to see if the final installation was acceptable and satisfactory.  We will reach out to Mr. ***** in attempt to resolve this matter.

    A tree fell on our home after hurricane ****** hit ********************* fl on September 26, 2024 destroying our screened porch. We contracted Patio enclosures on 11/17/24 to rebuilt and replace the screened porch. We were lead to believe from the salesman that we could expect contact from Patio Enclosures and the rebuilt would begin in a reasonable time frame. When the salesman left our home the issues began with Patio Enclosures. It is now February 8, 2025 and they have yet to even apply for a permit to begin our patio. I was told directly by several office employees they applied for the required permit. We checked with county and there have been no applications submitted. There is also a "pre permit" required by our county in which they are not even aware. In this same timeframe we have called dozens of time trying to contact anyone within the company to assist, inform or act upon the promises from the salesman. They do not follow through with promises of returning a call with updated information or answers to our questions and concerns. More so, they have misled and lied directly to us regarding the permit process and their application of such. The final straw has been their attempt to falsify an affidavit which needed to be notarized. We were not present with a notary at any time and they said that was not necessary. This company is incompetent, misleading and not capable of doing the job we contracted them to do. Their business methods are fraudulent.

    Home is in ***********, where we are new to doing business.  We use a 3rd party engineering firm to process permits and assist with administrative work.

    i, ***** ******* spoke to ****** ******** and son 12/27/24 because homeowner wanted to cancel.  I explained our process.  I learned at that time that a tree had fallen on their home and destroyed the screen room and damaged the roof.  I learned that they were replacing the roof.  I said we should remove the damaged screen room first so the roof can be replaced as would be best for our installation process as well.  ****** agreed.

    I left message on voice mail 2/13/25 to go over the process.

    At this point we have had no communication of wanting to cancel either verbal or written.  We have money invested in this project and do not wish to terminate our contract as we are well within the parameters of the timeline.

    Signed a contract with company on 07/10/22 for a sunroom (signed as ***** ********.) Sunroom was completed on 12/13/23. Since the first rain on 12/16/23 after the completion of the sunroom, the issue of water leaking in was noticed. I contacted the company and on 1/10/24 was the first time a worker came out for repair and caulking of windows was done. Another repair date was 8/5/24 and sealer around windows was done. In between those two months of January and August (I believe around March), there were two workers from the company to repair the leaking from the windows/metal structure and the roof of the sunroom. (In March, a repair person for the windows had came out because some of the windows would not open and close properly. Mentioning this about the windows because I am still having issues of leaking when it rains.) ************ repair on my sunroom was on 10/17/24. I have called the company multiple times in regards to repairs. Although, they sent people to address the issues of the windows and water leaking, I have continued to have problems with water leaking into the room in large amounts causing me to put towels, blankets, sheets, and buckets on the floor of the sunroom and having to move furniture away from the windows so that they aren't damaged by water. Other issues would be that the walls of the sunroom appear to be pulling away from the floor on the inside leaving a space. I also need someone to look at the panel roof of my sunroom to let me know if there is a structural issue with the panel roof being one foot shorter than it should have been, as I'm wondering if it would also help or have something to do with water leakage.The communication regarding the repairs have not been great. Sometimes I call the business to have no one answer the phone and lately it has seem that I could not speak to someone because they were in meetings. When told someone would call me back, no one contacted me. I need these repairs done to use and enjoy my sunroom.

    On June ******* I agreed to have my Pation enclosure converted from a screen to windows to be installed by Patio Enclousures, They did a partial install and left me with one missing window due to there incorrectly measurment made and as of yet they have not completed this install but, surely the have charge me for the full install and have not returned my calls to have this completed. I want this completed as soon as possible very disstaisfied with there service.

    I called and spoke with **** ******, 12/30/24 at approximately 10:34am to confirm that we completed the project 12/20.  We discussed our offices poor communication; need to replace a defective window; and the low E glass.  The complaint was that the room temperature was still high even the outside temp was low.

    **** said the room was finalized to his approval and satisfaction.  I explained that the low E glass is designed to keep the heat from the sun from heating up the room to high degrees, however was not going to cool a room.  I verified that the air conditioning unit has not been installed.  I explained that the room is an insulated room and will hold heat in it as well.

    We discussed the warranty details and ended the discussion with pleasant conversation.  I stated to Mr. ****** that I was going to respond to the BBB complaint and that he is satisfied with the outcome of the project and our conversation as well.  He agreed.

    -Date of transaction- 9/14/24 -Service supposed to be provided- Patio enclosure- windows -Amount of money for the service- (already paid in full) $24,900 ************ avoids giving any estimates of when the project will begin. Supposedly they are waiting on materials. They don't answer any calls, they tell you a date to start and then the week before that start date, they don't confirm. The week of the supposed start date, they say they are checking and that they are "still waiting on materials". These folks have taken $25k loan in which I already have begun paying and there is still no estimated date to begin a simple project. They keep giving me the run around and it's unacceptable for them to be doing business like this without actually providing the service. I am scared that they are scam. Their reviews on reddit are terrible too. Please stop companies like this one from doing business. It's really a rather stressful process and unfortunate.

    I called and spoke with ***** 12/30 at approximately 10:40am.  We discussed the incomplete installation of her glass door room due to a missing door.  The room is safe from outside debris, etc as the screen door is installed.  The handles and other areas of the room are not complete as well.  Ms. ******* is aware that the room will need to be buttoned and tightened up prior to full completion.  

    I explained the door comes from the mfging plant in **** and was not delivered with the rest of the room.  The ship date is 1/9 and the est arrival date is approximately 1/12.  When we know the door has been shipped we will call for a final installation appointment.

    Ms. ******* accepted this information and i agreed to follow up and make a prioritiy.

    The materials are custom ordered from our factory in *****  Unfortunately when the materials arrived, parts where missing and incorrect.  New materials had to be ordered and shipped.

    I was advised on June 19 to provide pictures of work quality. Provided several pictures and a video of poor craftsmanship and was advised a ticket was opened June 21. Reached out again with follow up stating I will follow up with no results on 8/6. On June 24 Final payment of $1,400 was deducted automatically. Completion payment needs to be refunded for poor quality of work and lack of communication and poor service after completion
