      My mother had to move over to the east coast of Florida, to be near me, after Hurricane Ian. I filed her claim online on October 4, 2022. I've been speaking with a nice desk adjuster who continues to tell me that adjusters have quit and her workload gets larger. She's also told me that my mom's claim is merely waiting for approval on someone's desk. This has been the excuse for 3-4 weeks now. When will my mom receive a check? She paid her insurance monthly and now she isn't able to get a check for her claim?

      Were living in pine island and our adjuster got out here to tell us now that there is no damage visible even though we had a tarped roof bocause of all the damages to the roof we got a blown out window and massive water in the home Damaged anywhere!!!This is the biggest joke Ive seen at all If I could rate 0 stars would like to do it Lets fight together against these scammers

      I filed a claim on 16 September and was put in contact with a claims adjustor, Brenda. After our initial phone call, I sent all requested documentation for the claim. I have sent several emails and left multiple voicemails since mid-September (75 days) and have not received ANY updates from my adjustor or resolution to the claim. Additionally, the Claims Portal is useless because it is never updated. My particular claim on the portal is stuck at "Contact Attempted" on the claim start date, even though I spoke with my adjustor. For the record, this rating isn't sour grapes in response to if they will cover my relatively small claim or not, but rather the lack of communication throughout the process and the continuously pending claim.

      American Integrity is giving me nothing but the run around - they promise me that they have escalated my claim and that I will have my estimate the next day and then I don't hear from them for days. It has been 2 months since Hurricane *** and they do nothing but give excuses for why they haven't given me my estimate. Today they say it is on the VP's desk. What next? I am on my 3rd adjuster and her supervisor actually told me that it is because she fired the first 2. Everyone that I know has already received their insurance payment.

      The worst! Have been 2 months since Hurricane Ian and today after many calls, many voicemails, I reached my desk adjuster who talk me that my estimate had to be reviewed for a team, that’s behind in work and it will take 3 weeks more to have a estimate for the payment of the damages in my house. Three weeks ago same person told me that she was reviewed my claim and in 10 days she will have the estimate. Where is the integrity !!! I guess it’s time to get a lawyer!! Zero stars is my opinion. !

      It has been 48 days since serious damage to my home by Ian. Claim filed September 28. I am battling stage 4 cancer and the lack of response is beyond stressful and detrimental for my health. What is more unfortunate is that nearly every other neighbor in my area with any Insurance Company OTHER than American Integrity have already received payment to assist starting repairs. Many neighbors had at least partial payments a MONTH ago. It is a shame that American Integrity is definitely not showing any Integrity. PLEASE HELP ??!

      This is the worst Company I have ever delt with. I filed my claim on Oct 1, 2022. It has now been 45days with no resolution. After calling leaving numerous messages I finally get a call back only to be told 5 different stories about the adjusters report. Basically the dog ate my homework. One week ago I get a call back from a man(who is not my adjuster.) Telling me we are working on it. I called my mortgage company explained the situation to them and instructed them to hold the payment on premium renewal until otherwise advised by me. My next call will be to state regulators. I have a feeling they are going to low ball the claim.

      Our home lost 55 feet of roof and is destroyed and this company has done nothing to help us. It has been over 30 days and we are homeless but on paper we have a great policy. Most pathetic company I have ever dealt with in my life. The CEO Bob R. should have quit in 2006 if his plan was to help people and not have started this company. I have 3 kids and a wife and we have received 0 help from them. But they still got their money on Nov 1 along with our mortgage payment. Glad your 90 miles north and hurricane Ian didn’t hit your house Bob you Pos and long with your company.

      Great scripted response but considering you dont have our claim number Im pretty sure nothing is being expedited. Just like the manager that called on a Saturday over a week and a half ago that we have not heard from since. Its been over 38 days since the storm and we are homeless and out of money because of your company. We have a contract with you your company is supposed to cover us and you have failed miserably and I know you have 90 days to respond to our aim and your dragging your feet the whole way. Read your home page on your website and when your done look in to why you started your company.

      I am affected by Ian! I keep calling and leaving messages, no one calls you back, no guidance, no one knows what there doing! Still have no clue what I should be doing in regards to getting work done, companies to work with or what is covered, even supervisor didnt have any answers to my questions and told me she would call me back that was 11 days ago and I have called several times since! They need shut down!
