      Not happy. I am about to drive to Tampa. I can't get the desk adjuster to answer my email take my calls. I filed a claim for a house hat was destroyed on Sept. 30. The adjuster came out today, 10/21. I've emailed on 10/15 and called my "Desk Adjuster" several times. There has been no response. I've got a dealing this is goin to be a fight>

      Our renewal is up on October 15, 2022. We received a renewal declaration letter for $5,500 and when we asked about the change from last years $2,500 amount, they did not give us a concrete answer.
      We had updated inspections done and corrected the issues.
      They received a copy of the updated inspections reports and increased the renewal amount to $6,900
      When Sally Betts received a copy of our recent mitigation inspection and 4 point inspection she requested that the inspector change our roof date from 2018 to 2002.
      FBI Group inspector changed our re-roof date from 2018 to 2002. We used the same inspector company in 2018 when we closed on our home. The inspection from 2018 determine the roof had re-roof permits for February 2018.
      We are not sure why Agent Sally Betts asked the inspector to switch the roof date, but we will be taking further action to ensure her actions are reported.
      We reached out to the FBI inspector and he switched it back to 2018 re-roof date. He apologized but this behavior but it was all prompted from American Integrity’s Agent Sally Betts who is from Runnels Insurance.
      We have been with this company since 2018 and their actions are really concerning from speaking with their adjusters to agents working against us.

      Thank you for bringing this information to our attention. Home insurance rates are skyrocketing in Florida due roof claim and litigation abuse. Unfortunately, almost all Florida homeowners are paying the price for this abuse through higher premiums. We encourage you to reach out directly to your agent to get clarification about why the age of your roof was adjusted. You *** also want to reach out to the county permit department to correct any roof age discrepancies that *** exist in their database. Thank you.

      Do your research before you select this company or any other homeowner insurance. I did not have any problems with this company as long as I paid and did not file a claim. As soon as I filed a claim, the wolves came out. When my roof was damaged from the first hurricane. I was advised by a representative of their company that if my ceiling was not leaking it probably would not be covered. Then another storm hit more damage. Then I was told not covered because of the age of my roof. A roof should last from 15 to 20 years if not damaged by a storm. My roof was damaged but was told no before my roof was 15 years old. Either way, they were not going to replace my roof. They say in your policy they will cover your roof but have no intention of doing so. The sad part of what I had to deal with this company was in order to keep any further claims from being filed on my roof they deleted the coverage of my roof from my policy, raised my homeowners insurance premium, and harass me about getting my roof fix/ replaced. Also, I was told that they are a small business other words, they don't operate with a lot of money. Dealing with this company was a horrible experience I never want to go through again. I put my trust in this company for years and they treated me like I was not a faithful customer. When it all boils down to their business tactics, it was about taking and not giving. Lastly a warning, if your roof is over 15 years old and a storm damages your roof. It will not be covered. Do not invest years into this company because they will not pay and will find excuses as to why it is not covered.

      American Integrity will take your money, but will not take your telephone calls. I called them several times to resolve a claim for hail damage to our roof. They did not return any of my calls after leaving several messages. Finally my local insurance agent called them and I received a call from the claims manager, Paul K. **** said he would call back the next day to resolve our claim. He did not. That was the first and last time I heard from him. My local agent called again after a few weeks I was contacted via email stating my case was given to Sarah G. After two months of emails I got one return call from *****. She was denying my claim for my roof despite all 3 contractors they sent out stating my entire roof needed replacement due to extensive hail damage. One of the contractors looked on their website for his report.. It was missing. I have tried to call and resolve this several times to no avail. Stay away from this company. I am seeking a lawyer now to resolve our claim. They are the worst company in Florida!!!!
