      Finally my gutter problem by our lanai screen is fixed!! Had new wider gutter installed plus additional downspouts to help with water runoff that had been causing flooding. The rains these last few days proves the work was well done! Also we received a nice thank you gift today in the mail. Nice customer service!

      The whole experience with Westfall Roofing was nothing short of perfect everything was done on time and as discussed the crew did a great job cleaning up had slight sheetrock damage in one of our rooms within an hour they called and said that they contacted their drywall guy he came by the next weekend the guy they sent I think I think his name was ****** or **********'m not sure he did a spectacular job the guy is a artist I wish every project I took on at this house would go as smooth and as great as this one did would definitely recommend this company to anybody couple my neighbors asked me about it and I told him my experience and I think they're going to pick up a couple more jobs here

      I had a simple flat roof repair job over my lanai with a chimney which needed a chimney cap....was told multiple times the cap had been ordered but because it needed to be fabricated it would take a couple of weeks, that was over 2 months ago, just found out today it never even got ordered so i have had plywood and plastic over my chimney all that time and am still waiting...if you have a "small job", don't even bother with these guys, the communication is atrocious...

      I definitely recommend Westfall roofing. All of their staff were very friendly and most importantly their work was spectacular and pricing was reasonable.

      Old house, Seminole Heights in *****, multiple roof levels because of badly done home additions, chimney. Westfall roofing was amazing from start to finish. They werent the cheapest option, but they were only about $300 more in their quote and their rep was very courteous. What their rep did that convinced me to not go with the cheaper offer was point out some problem areas. All other quotes were just look, quote. Their guy went around the house with me instead of on their own. The worst quote we got from a company was from satellite. Measurements were accurate, but there is no way to guess the details, and theirs was the highest quote anyway.Westfall didnt give us a schedule that they couldnt keep, and then called to see if they could start early. This is much better than scheduling a time and then being late.Their project manager, ******, was excellent to work with and was available throughout the entire project, not just at the start and finish. Personable, knowledgeable, and able to relate the information in a way that a non-roofer would understand.Our project had some hang-**** several hang-**** There was major damage inside the roof due to termites where there were rafters broken. There was also water damage and rot in several places. I dont know how they scheduled it in, because they obviously have other customers, but they spent an extra three days on our project. Their scheduling office was really on top of things.Our roof looks exceptional, much better than the rest of the house, and the Westfall staff was amazing to work with, thank you *****. Good scheduling, getting call-backs when requested, easy to communicate with our representative, knowledgeable project manager who was available throughout, all correspondence was prompt and accurate. Simply a good experience all around.A final bit of awesomeness? When the inspector came out to survey the roof, they said they have no issues with Westfall and congratulated us on using a good contractor.

      This company failed to remove a contractor's encumbrance from our address months after the work was complete. It came up when I began another project that required financing; that institution informed me that Westfall had the effect of a lien on my property despite the fact that they were paid in full one day after work was complete. Removal of this instrument required me to go to their company headquarters and complain (I couldn't get through on the phone). After several hours of headache, I finally got the required affidavit to show the account was clear and I owed no money.This is a sloppy way to do business and I would not recommend this company to anyone because of the chaos they caused by failing to remove THEIR encumbrance from our address until I complained.

      Im very happy with my beautiful new roof. After needing a new roof for a while, I now can breathe a sigh of relief when it rains.All issues along the way were addressed. We had a bit of a problem with finding roofing nails in yard, but were reimbursed for tire damage.Greatly appreciate all the roofers very hard work on some of the hottest days on record.They Rock!Cookies at end of job were a nice touch.
