BBB files indicate that the business has a pattern of
complaints concerning unauthorized charges, false advertising for their
subscription service, and publication of personal information without
authorization issues. Specifically, consumers allege that the company
advertised their service as either a one-time purchase or a “free” trial that
they could then cancel; although, there is no direct way to cancel the
subscription. Consumers also allege that shortly after signing up for the
subscription service, consumers noticed that there were unauthorized charges.
Consumers further stated that this company displayed their personal information
without the consumers’ permission.

 

In February of 2025, BBB contacted Information.com, LLC. requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing
the complaints and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the cause of complaints. As of this date the business has not replied to this
request.

Please review our search process. Customers can freely search for records on out homepage to confirm availability before making a purchase. Searches are free and include information such as first and last name, city/state, allowing customers to verify desired information before committing to a purchase. We don't require customers to buy access to our site before conducting a free search, ensuring the information they seek is available without any obligations. 

 

BBB found that these claims were in violation of the BBB Code of Advertising. As of the business has failed to voluntarily substantiate these claims.
