- At ProFusion Floors, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality flooring and remodeling services. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy below:
1. Refund Policy
Service Deposits & Payments: Once a service has been scheduled and work has begun, deposits and payments are non-refundable. If a project is canceled before work starts, a partial refund may be considered, depending on materials purchased and labor preparation costs.
Material Refunds: If materials were purchased through ProFusion Floors, refunds will follow the manufacturer’s return policy. A restocking fee may apply. Custom orders and special-order materials are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy
Defective Materials: If any materials provided by ProFusion Floors are found to be defective before installation, we will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement.
Installation Issues: If there is a concern with our installation services, we offer a correction service at no extra charge, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of project completion.
Change of Mind: If you wish to change materials after they have been ordered or installed, additional costs may apply, including material restocking fees and extra labor charges.
3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

All refund or exchange requests must include proof of purchase and must be submitted within 30 days of service completion.
4. Exceptions
Custom or special-order materials are non-refundable.
Labor fees for completed work are non-refundable.
Damage caused by improper maintenance or third-party modifications is not covered.
