BBB was notified that on 1/16/2019, William Matthews bought Corporate Event Solutions from Travelers Exchange Club. Business stated that Travelers Exchange Club is focused on vacation packages where as Corporate Event Solutions is focused on corporate logistics.

BBB files indicate that the business has a pattern of complaints involving sales practices. Specifically, consumer complaints allege the business has called them and advising that they are able to sell their timeshare weeks for X amount of dollars. In May 2019, BBB contacted the business in order to obtain their position. As of today's date, BBB has not received a response from the business.

Corporate Event Solutions has never told a consumer we will or could SELL there
timeshares and there is nothing the BBB or a consumer and provide in documentation saying or
showing we did. Corporate Event Solutions offers a marketing platform similar to Airbnb, Home away
and other platforms to rent out time that they have in relations to a property they own or time they own. We simply advertise that time and connect owners to renters by providing a platform we drive traffic to threw many different avenues.
