    Signed a contract to have 2 self storing storm doors installed. I have been advised 4 different dates of installation and still have no doors. Salesman ********************* recently informed me of his pending vacation stating no further installation dates could be promised until his return. I asked ********************* if he is directly involved with installation - ********************* informed he is not part of installation team. I did ask for a refund of my deposit when I was informed of ******************* vacation as I do not see the reason to pend my installation. I was advised owner ************************* would contact me. I have had no contact from Home Nation since then. Phone number for HomeNation disconnects immediately when dialed and emails come back as undeliverable. At this point I no longer have any faith in this organization or staff and would like prefer my $750 down payment to be refunded immediately.

    Since I first filed my complaint against HomeNation a subsidiary of ************* they have released me from my contract and refunded my deposit of $750. 

    This ocurred after many phone calls and several delays. I finally received a paper check from HomeNation for $750 on Friday, August 4, 2023. I have deposited their check and I am waiting for this check to clear as I have very little faith in HomeNation's integrity at this time. 

    When their check clears successfully I will amend my recommendation of HomeNation.

    Deposit was issued for window replacement at our condo ************************************************* **.The entire building contracted with ****** to have our windows replaced. Some windows have been completed but ours was not among them. To date we have been unable to get any information from the company related to completion of the job. The deposit was cashed in 2021.
