    Good afternoon, i am filling a complaint due that on Saturday 22 or 2023 at 3:42 pm approximately, at 7-Eleven store (219 E Burleigh Blvd, Tavares, FL 32778). I did a purchase at location just mentioned for a total amount of $13.92, when the moment of paying to the only employee (female) on duty at current location, i ask her in a nice way to take $4.00 dollars in cash and the rest to charge it to my debit card, she charge the total amount to my debit card of $13.92 and took my $4.00 dollars, after that of noticing that my card was charged the total that i owed i realized that my $4.00 dollars was not credited to my total bill, nicely i ask her to return my $4.00 dollars back and she denied to give it back because it was inside already in her register cash machine. She ask me to come back the next day to speak to her supervisor to get my money back, which I did today sunday 23 and she refused again.
    This situation is not the first time in thesame location it has happened to me but this occasion i will not let it pass away, please as a good US citizen with always complying with stores regulations and customer service i ask for the situation to be fix and be taken care. Thank you in advance for your time and look forward in getting my money back and to ovoid that this happens again to any othe customer
