      We received an e-mail saying that we were denied. We were both a little shocked due to neither one of us had a criminal record, making more than three times the amount of money monthly, and having high credit scores. When asked they said it was due to no credit history, after repeatedly asking and trying to find out where the problem was instead of helping me, they kept on telling me that I needed to go to TransUnion and dispute my credit report. I contacted TransUnion multiple times. Each time that I talked to TransUnion they said my Social Security number was fine and nobody had even acquired it onto my credit report. Come to find out the problem was they put my husband's SIN number as my Social Security number. Once I informed them that I was told they needed to make the corrections and resubmit the application, it was still a fight to get this done. Even after this they still would not make the changes until I sent a screenshot to them from TransUnion saying they needed to fix it. After requesting more documents that we uploaded, we were told that we were approved and that they had to send it to the owner. Then I heard from the underwriter asking me for my bank statements. My husband refused to give bank statements. He feels that there's no reason for them to have this we are not purchasing the house and we have provided them with paycheck stubs. Also, the fact that they are ready to put the incorrect Social Security numbers with the wrong person shows that their system is not trustworthy. After four days of going back and forth to get approved for this house, they asked me to withdraw my application, I responded that no, I was approved, I had documents that showed that I was approved, and they needed to present my application to the owners of the property. I still have not heard back from them so I'm assuming they never presented my application to the property owners. I feel they are scamming people out of money by denying their applications for no reason.

      Rented through HRG back in February of 2023 and it was the worse experience ever! Never talked to no one on the phone. Everyone wanted to send emails. I ended up breaking the lease by paying 2 months rent upfront. That was in May, and here it is October and they still have my security deposit. One of their reps emailed me and and stated that they mailed it out back in July and provided a bogus shipping label. According to the tracking, it never left the office. Do not rent from them.

      Living at same property 3 years, takes for ever for them to do repairs, even some of the repairs they just closedthe case and never take care, really shady on renewals, set an offer and when you commit to it they change the amounts on the contract. Poor to none comunication, no one cares to take care of situation.

      Please, whatever you do, no matter how desperate you are for a home do not pick this company!!!! Everything that the bad review state are correct you will never get a hold of ******* the property manager, or anyone else Ive gone through hoops to try to get a hold of somebody and have yet spoke to anybody. Just to be brief I have a washer and dryer that are both out of order (mind you I just moved in a month and a half ago and these are pro ably original appliances)and apparently it states in my lease that theyre not liable for that? When I moved in the carpet was not clean, the kitchen was dirty, theres marks all over the wall and holes. I sent them plenty of documentation before moving in of the condition of the home and theyre trying to tell me that I will be feed for all these things if I dont fix them. That makes no sense to me!?? They also consider the refrigerator leaking my responsibility. Nowhere in my lease does it say that. My bathtub leaked into my neighbors downstairs and not even they are able to get help for the rest of the damage. I have yet to hear from anybody for help and the list just goes on They pay people from Third World countries to just take the calls and claim that youre gonna get a callback from meld, which is their system for any kind of home work order or from the property manager, or customer service, or the maintenance team. Its all lies. The fact that they have to hide their new location and havent updated it on ****** is saying something. Theres a sign on there door that says they dont take walk-ins, but dont answer any calls, shows that they dont know what they are doing. Ive heard from other sources that they used to be a great business but ever since the owner sold to a corporation, the employees have been overworked. I have empathy for them but at the end of the day we are also investing our money to them so Im expecting at least an email stating that theyre helping. Im planning on getting my attorney involved.

      Absolutely the worst property management company in the **. Horrible responsiveness to tenant needs, security deposit withholding for illegitimate reasons, no communication upon move-out, partial security deposit withheld and not returned to tenant within 15 days as ******* law requires.

      Have only recently become one of their customers. Reported an appliance failure in March of 2023. It is now September going on October and they have yet to resolve what should be a very simple fix. We have called in the issue through their byzantine phone system and failed to achieve any results. It was only after threatening to escrow the property rent and consult a team of real estate attorneys that I was finally sent a message that the tenant was responsible for repairing the appliances. Of course this flys in the face of law in the State of Texas so I reminded them of both the terms of the lease contract and the statutes that govern this sort of business relationship. I have now finally received a TEXT message saying that they have contacted an appliance repair company that they HOPE will service the area that I am in.

      Over the past 3 years, my house basement and upstairs bathroom was covered in black mold. The ceiling came down in my downstairs bathroom. The downstairs shower smells like sewer gas, the seal is broken etc. Almost all of the door k**** upstairs have fallen off causing tenants to get locked in rooms. The downstairs basement has a plumbing leak. The storage room in basement's shelves rotted and collapsed. The air conditioning completely stopped working. The only thing this company ever does is send contractors to go out and get estimates. ***** ever returns to fix anything. Put 30 day notice in and moving out currently.

      Probably one of the worst management companies in the city of Chicago. Once they get you to agree, they become unresponsive to emails, they miss important details that you share and once I decided to go elsewhere, they are refusing to issue me a refund.

      This is a property management company that does not respond to the property owners phone call even after trying repeatedly for a month.1. Our annual lease renewal did not take place.2. The monthly rent has not been received yet.3. No annual inspection, so not sure what is the current state of the rented property.They leave the property owners in the dark.

      Scammers. Add more and more fees every month. Its ridiculous. They need to be put out of business
