My card was also charged fraudulently ***** when I scanned a QR card and was redirected to this website unknowingly. My card number, name and email address I entered for the purchase I intended to make was stolen by the Starller website before I could realize what occurred. I called Starller.com and disputed the charge. They stated they were deleting the information they had for me but they were unwilling to tell me how they had all my information from me in the first place. It wasn't until I read all the other reviews about this company that I figured out how all this happened. Company deserves zero stars due to this disservice but I am unable to submit this review without selecting a star review. Beware of scanning QR codes.

I was routed to this site from a restaurant payment app, which is what I thought I was entering my info for, then realized it was something else, tried to cancel during the processing but apparently was too late and they charged my card. I just called the phone # on my credit card statement and they claimed to have canceled/refunded my charges... we'll see... What a scam...

I consider myself very meticulous about my information but this scam really fooled me and it's because they have, somehow, disguised themselves as legitimate businesses. I wanted to scan a QR Code that was sent to me by my financial firm and when I tried the Starller information came up. I thought it was and error so I tried again and it did. I ignored that. Anyways, I was trying again for something and the Starller site came up so I thought this might be real. I wasn't even through inputting my information when I got an error message. So I didn't sign any terms and conditions with this company. A few minutes after my bank account was debited for $1.00 by Dragonbaz.com. I immediately told my bank to lock my card. Then the fraud dept contacted me and asked if I had authorized a $49.00 payment to Dragonbaz.com. This is so unbelievably cruel. The authorities need to lock this business down and charge them with fraud. I shared what I found on them below: "Starller.com subscription scam takes advantage of consumers by tricking them into signing up for costly automatically renewing memberships without understanding the repercussions. Their advertisements prominently promise free trials but obscure that accepting starts recurring credit card charges."

Totally agree. They imbedded them self with playstation.com and got charged for a streaming service that i did not want. I tried to call to cancel but phone does not work. I sent an email with no replay. I tried to log in with the account they sent me but it does not work either. I filed a complaint to my bank. Canceled my card. A total ripoff company which seems to have no way to get in touch to cancel your said account. I could not even find a response to playstation.com to inform them as well which is imbedded in there service. I really hope i dont have to do this again. a scammer these people are.

Starller advertises its online entertainment products on the internet. I inadvertently clicked into the site as it appeared on my cell phone screen as I was trying to access my local health provider site.I initially thought it was part of the access log on to the health provider site and started to enter credit card information. I realized ******** was not associated with the health provider site and I thought had deleted my credit card information before clicking their submit button.I saw on my bank website that my credit card charge for the Starller site had been declined and thought the charged had not gone through. Two days later the charge appeared again. I filed a fraud claim with my bank. Stafller's online advertising is deceptive and its web site does not have a cancellation button or customer service phone number. I would urge BBB to list this company as a 'DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH" entity.
