      My name is *********************** My address is ********************************************************** I bought a solar system from Barnhardt Construction LLC on may 15th 2023, I financed through Mosaic .This contractor has defrauded me by installing a different solar system with a different manufacturer from what I bought. The bank Mosaic that financed my solar system is aware that this contractor defrauded me by installing a different product. And is going under investigation and another homeowner I know is also being defrauded by this company.This contractor hasnt paid the solar sales rep either for their consulting services.There are 4 solar reps that havent been paid and 2 different families that have been affected by this companies practices and we are all in communication.Attached are pictures of my contract and system with this company and evidence.This will be escalated through the ***** general attorneys office, and will start a banking and fraud investigation if Mr ********************** does not remediate this situation. Everytime I contact the contractor hes full of excuses and lies. And is redirecting my calls to his assistant.I am freely commenting this on public to express my situation and will update this comment according to future changes and pending response and a resolution from Mr **********************.

      *********************** signed a contract with Barnhardt Construction, LLC on May 5th, 2023, in the contract the inverters that were agreed was Enphase.  At the time of installation, May 24th, Barnhardt Construction installed the 10 Kw PV solar system using ******** inverters, Because of the ever-changing supply issue in this industry.  The ******** inverter is in comparison to the ************ specs. But cost $769 less.  (I have enclosed copies of the inverter spec sheets for you to compare, this inverter does not change the system's estimated production as stated in the contract). However, due to the ever-changing nature of our industry, we have since switched to daily updates from our suppliers. 
      When there is a change in the contract, it was the sales representative's responsibility to obtain a change order.  However, this change order was never put in place and was not caught by our office until it was brought to our attention. We have since changed our procedures so that the office will now handle all change orders.  On a weekly bases, our sales team and material distributor provide daily updates on the availability of materials and equipment.
      As to the **************** we have been in contact and they understand the industry and know the material and equipment are constantly changing in this industry.  They have complaints like this from other companies and have closed the complaint. 
      As to the issue with compensation pertaining to the sales rep, that is a separate issue that does not pertain to ****************
      I have tried numerous times to speak with **************** to resolve this issue. The system has been up and running since July 7, 2023, and is meeting the contract's proposed potential. The installed inverters are working and are comparable to the inverters that were stated in the contract. We have offered to reimburse **************** the difference in the price of $769.
