In December 2024, BBB investigated Bright Hills’ business practices. This investigation was prompted by BBB Scam Tracker reports about a possible job scam. In these reports consumers allege that the business would send them a check for them to deposit and are told to buy various products and mail them to other consumers while keeping a cut for themselves.
