    it took some digging, but I found you guys. You put BBB on your website but don't make it easy to find you in BBB, now I see why.The following is what I sent to their feedback.Your printed shipping envelope address is barely visible, but not functional. Called customer support and they were not particularly helpful. Tried to make contact through your feedback, the first website I tried would not work. Now trying this one. Tried to find you in BBB, only same name in *****--not rated. It's hard to read the type on this feedback page--light grey on lighter grey. I hope the card I filled in is legible enough for you to use. Boxes are so tiny. Sorry folks, but my experiences with you were amateur at best. Your happy phone tree message is cute, but too bad it doesn't reflect my experience. Gonna send a snail mail, too, because i don't figure this is going through either. I clicked three times on the submit button to make it work
