      My experience at Great Lakes was a very good one as everyone was very cooperative in correcting a mistake that had been made. I would deal with Great Lakes again if an opportunity arose where I needed their services.

      Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life . We have a new home in the villages that has a beautiful tile floor however it has over 60 bubbles and chips . A representative came out and confirmed it is a manufactured defect. I'm at my wits end with this company . They will not return phone calls . This has been going on for months . Tired of being patient and nice .
