      Please see the incident report for explanation. This water damage to my property items was caused by pure negligents and I should be reimbursed for me and my son. The minimum is $500. for these types of damages with the insurance I had to take out. I/we lost a lot of items only because the roofer didn't close up a hole they made. This company has a very bad attitude and will not take blame. It surely isn't my fault !

      Around August 16, 2024, I took my l business vehicle out of storage so that I could conduct my events and get vehicle repairs. On August 23, 2024 I was auto debited $158 for storage for the dates of August 23 through September 24, 2024. On September 5, 2024 I received a phone call from the manager at my storage location stating that they were discontinuing the location my vehicle was stored in. I inquired with a manager why they didnt inform me prior to them debiting $158 from me for the month and she informed me corporate just told her that they were making this decision. I told the manager I understood and requested that she give me the prorated amount from September 5 through the 21st to be reimbursed back to me because I had already removed my business to conduct events and get repairs so I wouldnt be using the space and if I had known that they were planning on discontinuing the use of the space I wouldve just canceled my lease to them when I move my bus on the 17th, which wouldve been before they took $158 out of my bank account. She told me she could not reimburse me, but I needed to call corporate. When I called corporate and explained the same situation, the supervisor told me that they would not be able to do that because they dont give prorations. I again explained that if I had known that they were discontinuing when I moved my Bus out on the 17th they would not have been able to charge me on the 23rd because I wouldve just discontinued my service then since my Bus was not going to be able to return to that spot. Not reimbursing me and not telling me prior to debiting $158 from me for the entire month was unethical, especially when the supervisor said that they charge monthly. It is unethical to tell me after the fact and they are attempting to lock me in a monthly charge when I will not be using the space. Im being nice by only asking to be reimbursed the prorated amount when it should really be for the full amount of ******.

      The elevator has been out for more then three weeks this is the fourth week, my items are on the second floor. I
      Am disabled so I can’t get items out of my storage. I can’t climb two flight of stairs. I have lost money because I had items I was selling but I had no way to get to them. This violates the ADA rules. I am also paying for a service I am not getting
