    ********* Location. My therapist only works on Wed, ********** Wednesday's are cheaper to book services. When I called to schedule, the clerk advised me that my preferred therapist was booked for the day and time that I wanted (Wednesday, because its cheaper) from 8/2024 thru 12/2024. I requested that a manager call me at her convenience (anytime) so that we could find a resolution. The next day at about 6pm I received an email from the Manager (*******), not a phone call as I had requested. I was told in the email that appt's are set on a first come/first serve basis and they do not have restrictions on how far in advance you can book. So I replied back in an email and since there were no restrictions on booking, asked to be booked for **** thru Dec. of 2025 on any Wed. at 6pm with my preferred therapist and for her to let me know those dates so that I could put them on my calendar. Also I requested to be put on my therapists "cancellation list" for that time slot between now and the end of 2024. The following was her response: "While we usually have no problem assisting with bookings a year in advance, I regret to inform you that, after speaking with *******, she has requested not to be scheduled with you moving forward. In *******, providers do have the right to make this choice."Basically I do not believe that my therapist had said this as the last time I was there she even wanted me to schedule longer sessions. Also this was on a day when my therapist was not working. I feel that this ******* was hiding behind her emails, which is not good customer service and also she got herself into a bind by lying to me in her email and did not want to schedule me into the 2025 year. I completely believe this was a bid for me to schedule on a weekend so they could charge me more for services. I'm utterly disgusted by the way that management handled this whole situation. Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda been handled completely different!

    Absolutely terrible! Winter park location during a derma planing facial, the “Estetician” who was reading the procedure from a promoter cut my face in 2 areas leaving ability for infection and or permanent scarring. Management has not done anything except have the “Estetician” email me essentially calling me a liar eventhough I have photos of said cuts on my face.
