Customer Complaint
In May 2015 BBB contacted the business in regards to patterns present within consumer complaints received by BBB. Specifically, consumers are alleging that the company is not issuing refunds for appointments that are cancelled either by the consumer or by the business, but are instead only issuing gift certificates for use at a future date when the business in back in their area. Consumers also report that they have been unable to receive timely or accurate communication from the company regarding the cancellation policy or requests for refunds.
BBB has received a response from the company indicating that a number of staff changes have taken place as well as the policy of contacting consumers that are requesting a refund in order to resolve the concerns that have been expressed in the complaints.
