    On 6/26/23 I contracted Mr. ******************** to replace all the windows in my house, replace front door and replace siding and skirting on my mobile home. I have the *************** door but not the siding. He contacted me just before Thanksgiving to have materials delivered but have not been able to get him to call me back. I have gone to his house and talked to his wife but still have not heard from him.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    I have had no contact with Mr. ******************** since Nov 2023 when I thought materials were to be delivered. Mr. ******************** never contacted me in regards to deco skirting in the way of siding. I don't know which skirting he is talking about. He is supposed to remove brinks and metal skirting on both sides and back of house. The brink in the front is staying and he never said it was in the way. As for the additional payments, they were not made due to work not done. The last time he was here last year, he said to wait to make payments. Last two payments will be made when job is completed which includes finishing the window frames and ***** to fix gaps.

    This is all I have. A write-up of work to be completed. 1st payment was made when work was started, which was the windows being installed.
