    I hired Summit Fence in ******* to put up 61 linear foot dog eared privacy fence outside for ***** and paid an extra 200 to repair and straighten a leaning white picket fence in my front yard. They left the front fence looking like a wave pool and I said something to the lead guy (who spoke English) and he acted annoyed. He went to the fence and just pushed one post over and pounded some dirt around the bottom post. They used one or two panels with cracks in them and used two 2x4's with oil splattered on them. After damaging my spider grass by walking all over it they decided to wash out their concrete mess on my driveway and didn't bother to rinse it off. They also placed a black spring on the wrong side of my gate which damaged my white paint. ** contacted the owner who did nothing to make it right, only quote an even higher price of $475 to come repair the fence that they should have done the right way to begin with. This work was performed in August of 2022.

    Summit Fence owner, *** ****, went out to customer's house to look at her ********************** to evaluate on 1/19/2023 and our repair crew went out on 1/20/2023 to do repairs.  The following was done: 1) reconcrete posts to make fence straight, 2)remove one section of old fence attached to new fence and replace picket that was cut where the rails go through the picket and 3) walk the whole fence and make sure all pickets are properly nailed.

    Customer texted *** thanking him for working with him and stating that the reviews should have been removed.  I would be glad to share a screenshot, but have been unable to add here because the file is too big.
