    July 2022 we hired Blue Lotus to complete repairs on our **** **** 250. We paid them in full under the impression that the job was completed - total paid was ******** The job was not complete and in addition to not completing the job they broke several items that had been in working condition. We had to pay two other mechanics to complete the jobs. We paid *******'s Mobile a total of ****** and *********** Change ******. Those were needed just to complete the repairs that Blue Lotus had not done. We spoke with the mechanic ***** and he even agreed that a refund was due back to us being that they did not complete the job. He stated he needed to talk to his business partners and he would get back to us regarding the refund. He never called us back and they stopped answering their phone whenever we tried calling. In addition to not completing the job they also charged us for new parts. Both of the mechanics pointed out that they installed a remanufactured carburetor that also was not compatible with our truck make and model. I have included the invoices from both other mechanics and you will find that the recommendation was to install a new carburetor. We should not have to pay for a new carburetor when we just paid blue lotus for one. Included are the invoices from Blue Lotus and noted which jobs were not completed. We would like to request a refund from them for the work not performed that had to be completed by the other mechanics and the charges for the carburetor. Repairs paid to other mechanics total ****** and the total for the carburetor was 395 + 200 core credit for giving them our original carburetor + 200 labor they charged us to install it when it wasn't even the correct part to put on our truck. We would happily return the carburetor to them, but they will not answer any calls or text from us. Total refund for the carburetor would be 795. That is ******* that we have to pay to complete the job that they had committed to completing and would like returned
