    I purchased a digital movie (PenDragon - Gold Edition) from Christian Cinema on 4/23/2020 for $9.99. I had access to the movie for a time period then it was removed from my account. I contacted customer service and explained that it was missing from my account and they said they had a relaunch and not all of the movies were added back. They kept requesting a receipt. I do not keep receipts for things that I own that was delivered. For any online purchase that I make, I only keep the e-mail verifying the purchase until it is delivered and then I delete it since I received it. As in the case of this movie, upon delivery to my digital account, I deleted the email confirming the purchase. I do however have the credit card statement with the transaction on it.Christian Cinema deleted a movie that I purchased without my consent or notification. I feel like this is stealing. If I purchase a DVD from Wal-mart, bring it home, and Wal-mart comes into my home and takes my movie back, that is stealing. I purchased it from them and it is now legally mine. Christian Cinema has not reinstated the movie to my account and will not give me a credit for the full amount so that I can purchase it elsewhere. They offered to give me an $8 credit on their platform. I have no desire to use their platform. I do not want another movie, I want the movie that I purchased.     i purchased a movie from christian cinema without knowing they were no longer an app on roku. my roku is the only way i have to view this movie; i don't have or wish to buy other apps. christian cinema claims they are trying to work out things with roku which removed it completely from their list of available apps. i sent a message via ******** asking for my money back but i haven't heard any reply from this particular message
