      I purchased a Honda HRX217 lawnmower in May 2024. On June 25 2024 the mower quit working. I took it back to the dealership and was told there was no oil in the engine and it was a defect in the engine. The dealership (bridgeport of *************) contacted Honda and was told to rebuild the engine. They told me they would get the parts in the next Tuesday and have it ready on Wednesday. The next time I contacted them I was told that some of the parts were back ordered. They didn't know if they could get them from another warehouse or if they would have to be shipped from *****. I contacted Honda and was assigned a person to help me. The next time I contacted the dealer they told me it would be August 19 before they would have the parts! I tried to contact the Honda representative. I wanted a lawnmower or my money back. Going two months during the summer without a mower was ludicrous! In response the Honda representative said the expedited the parts and they would arrive August 16. I asked the dealer if I could get a loner, they said they would have to see if Honda would approve it...I haven't heard anymore about that. So here it is August 24 and I still don't have a mower. I have not heard from ********** or Honda since August 5. When you pay nearly ******* for a lawnmower you expect to be treated better than this. I told both I wanted a lawnmower or my money back and it fell on deaf ears. How can this be the best they can do. I am livid.

      I purchased a Honda lawnmower on August 13, 2021. This lawnmower comes with a 3 year warranty. I brought this lawnmower in for repair on July 29, 2024. The problem was diagnosed by Flagstaff Equipment locasted at ***********************************. They are a designated Honda lawnmower service center. They diagnosed the problem as being the carburetor. The carburetor is covered under my warranty. However, the Honda warranty department in ********** rejected my warranty claim because they claim the problem had to do with Gas based on a couple photos that Flagstaff Equipment sent to them. There is no way to say the problem is caused by gas just based on a couple of photos. Their is no problem with the Gas that i used in the lawnmower. It is a faulty carburetor and now the warranty has expired so I am demanding a full refund in the amount of $460.27 plus $115 bill i received from Flagstaff equipment for a grand total of $575.27.

      On June 14, 2023, I purchased a Honda ****************** Lawn Mower (Model # HRN 216VKKA) Item# ******, from Lowes Sore #****, in ******, *****. The shops where our lawn mower was taken for repairs were given by Honda Warranty. The first time the lawnmower was taken in for repairs was at United ********** in ******, ** .The self-propel on the lawn mower was not working. Once the repairs were completed we picked it up. At that time we were informed by the receptionist a recall repair had been done on the lawnmower On April 2, 2024, we started to have problems again with the lawnmower. It completely stopped running. Again we called Honda Warranty at 770-447=6400. This time we were instructed to take the lawnmower to All Mighty Rentals in **********, **. *****, the repairman we spoke with, stated it would be at least 2 months before they could look at the lawnmower. On June 24, 2024, I called Primo to check the status of the repairs on our lawnmower, he stated he was waiting to speak with Honda Warranty. A few days later I called Primo back to check on the status of lawnmower repairs. ***** stated he had spoken with Honda and believes the lawnmower is losing oil and the transmission or engine has been changed out. I explained our lawnmower was completed by a shop given by Honda Warranty to take it and him. He also stated he doesnt work on lawnmowers, he repairs Honda engines.I called Honda Warranty and advised them of what I was told by ***** the repairman. I told him the lawnmower has been in the shop more than our possession and was only used maybe 5 times. I want a full refund of $564.58. The amount we purchased the lawnmower. I have reached out to Honda Warranty, they said our case has been assigned to a case manager named ******. I asked for ******* contact information and was told, I have to wait until she contacts me. I have not heard from Honda Warranty and our lawnmower is still in the shop. Please help me with this matter.,

      Serial Number - ************ The lawn mover seized one day less than a month of ownership.We took the unit back to the dealer who sold it to us. They analyzed the unit and determined that there was an oil leak. There was no leak prior to its usage that led to the seizure. There was no detection of the oil leak while it was being used. I shutdown the unit as soon as I noticed there was an issue. We are requesting that all costs for material and labor are covered under warranty at no expense to me, the buyer. I have tried to contact the customer service rep from **************** multiple times. Despite multiple attempts I have not been able to speak with her. I am very disappointed with the level of customer engagement and the way that this claim is being handled. I expected more from Honda in both quality and customer care. **************** has a reputation for high quality while focusing on the customer experience. This is the reason why I sought out to purchase this unit and spend more for a Honda vs other manufacturers.

      I purchased a HONDA HRX217K6VKAA lawn mower from ********** March 16 2024 for $799.00. with a limited warranty for defects in the product which covers parts and labor.After using the mower for 2 months the engine lost all oil and seized up. ********** said that since it is still under manufactures warranty it HONDA was responsible. Honda sent me to a Honda Authorized repair dealer, ********* Equipment in *******************. **** found that the mower lost all oil due to a defectives seal which caused the engine to seize up. They reported their findings to HONDA who then determined not to honor the Warranty because the Engine was run without oil. I explained that since the Oil Seal was defective and caused the engine to loose its oil resulting in the seized engine the warranty should cover the repair.Honda assigned case number ******** and was handled by ******. I aske to speak to a supervisor an was told it could not be elevated .

      Bought Honda self propelled lawn mower in may of 2023. From Lowes In a few weeks self propelled stopped working had to take a get repaired. Few weeks later carberater stopped working had to get repaired few weeks later starter was not working. Found out it was being recalled. Had to get that repaired. May 2024 self propelled broke again. Called Honda and demanded a new lawn mower. I cannot keep renting lawn mowers my grass does not stop growing. Honda said not our problem call Lowes. ***** said not our problem call Honda. What do I do ?????? *****************.

      Bought what I thought was the best lawn mower a Honda. Got it home used it and it purred like a kitten , but could not pull cord when hot Recalled pressure release valve. Used for only 9 hours. Washed it checked oil clean and right to mark on dip stick. Took it to where Honda told me to, Repair was done. When I went to use it checked oil it looked yellow like a dye in it, but up to mark on dip stick. Started it up and 15 min. later sounded like metal on metal. Shut it down checked oil and it looked grey and graphite looking. Took it back to service center. As of now 6 weeks and still no lawn mower. Have case Mgr. on it still nothing. This is Hondas problem not mind. No loaners so send me a new one. Sell mind as refurbished. I do not what a refurbished lawn mower. I only had 9 hours on it. I want a new one in box. So long story short. I would STRONGLY SUGGEST Not buying any Honda power product. Warranty means nothing to Honda there recall and service left me in the dark. As of now still not looked at 6 weeks later Warranty fix in period of time not happening. Sick and tiered of all there EXCUSES. NEXT Small Claims Court. This all is unnecessary. Warranty send new one over and done. Thank you for listening.

      Bought this Lawn mower Honda 21" Self Propelled OnLine 18th March 24 and delivered about 2 weeks later. It would shut off every 2-3 minutes of use. Called American Honda and they told me to take it to Quality Power Dealer in *****, took it there 11th April and after a week collected it 18th April, and same problem but now with the Clip Director jammed, called Quality Power right away and they came and picked it 19th April 2024. Still not fixed or returned as the Part is not available. Have been calling Honda *********** and they assigned Case Manager ****** who keeps saying part not available, cannot replace but have to repair. Now she said they will take the part out of the Display unit in their office as the part is still not available and send it to ***** for fixing. Why should I have to go through all this when the Quality Power people are telling me they can give me a new unit but have to get Honda's approval, which they ( ******) says not possible. This unit is about $799 and has not worked from the start, going to be 2 months and still in the repair shop. Returning it, is not an option as box is thrown out and this is very heavy. It's brand new and used just once and that too with all the issues, when I stopped using it. I just want a replacement and not this Lemon as I'm afraid more issues will arise down the road. I have to say Quality Power (the repair company) is doing it's best, but their hands are tied as the part is not available, but they have yet to figure out why it keeps stopping literally ever 2-3 minute. It's going to be about 2 months and has not served the purpose I bought it for and still not in my possession. please I ask for your help in getting a replacement and not this Lemon that I got from them. Thanks.

      I purchased a brand new Honda HRN216VKAA from ********** for $532.89(after tax) on July 30, 2022. I have used it for a total of 8 hours, used and stored it as intended as I had Military duties to attend to. As of May 01, 2024, the mower completely died and would not crank. There are no problems with fuel, oil, air filter, spark plugs, etc. I want my money back, I want my refund of $532.89! It is unacceptable for a mower to die after 8 hours of total use.Model- HRN216VKAA Serial number- ************

      Purchased HRX217VKA mower on May 13, 2022 for $759.29 at **********. Mower comes with 5 year warranty. Mower had oil leaking valve cover and was repaired in 2023 by authorized dealer.Unit was returned with low oil and still leaking valve cover. Have case open with American Honda Motor **** **** case number: ********, and I dropped off at authorized dealer (for 2nd time repairs) of February 7, 2024 at 110 Honda, (**********************************). Honda Case manager, *****, on February 16, 24, authorized them to replace the head cover and do compression test (and leak down if necessary). Unit has been at the shop now for over 9 weeks and still not repaired and tested. Each week shop says it's next week or two. I asked Honda to assist and engage their regional representative, and for resolution for unreasonable wait time with no resolution for excessive wait time received. I've asked for a resolution via the case number ******** and phone conversations Honda, but I'm not being offered one, and still don't have a mower. It is causing a hardship and failure to fulfil warranty. Problem is that unit has not been repaired in over 9 weeks, and I'm asking for a buy back, receipt already provided via case number ******** to Honda support for $759.29 at ********** and attached to this case. Or send me a new mower. No longer have faith in their authorized dealer that currently has the mower - promising next week or two weeks each week for 9 weeks.Thank you.
