      Purchased an ******* push mower in Mar 2023 and yes it was in the recall they had to fix for it and it sat in the shop so long we had to go buy another mower so we can mow our yard. Finally got someone to send the dealer a camshaft that was to fix the problem we got the mower back July 2023 and use it changed the oil for the end of the season to find that it had been leaking oil called Honda to be told that they will not buy the mower back we have to take that up with the dealer. Will never buy any Honda products any they dont stand behind them I think now we know why they are not making mowers any more good move Honda!!!!

      I purchased a GCV 160 self propelled lawn mower and have had issues with it since I bought it. I have taken it to Do-Cut *************** in ******, **** twice for the same issue where the rear wheels lock up while I attempt to pull the lawnmower backwards. I have taken several videos of this continuing issue. I contacted Honda Power Equipment by email last fall after having this issue frustrate me again last summer. I received an email stating that the lawnmower is no longer under warranty and it is my issue now. I disagree with Hondas support in this matter as I believe it should fall under the lemon law. I am only asking for help to repair what I believe is a transmission issue as I have bought the shaft spacers and cleaned the shaft to make sure it is clean and not binding when I pull the lawnmower backwards. My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if my issue cannot get resolved.       I have been without my equipment since June 28. Every time I call, my case manager is unavailable. You sold me a defective lawnmower that is only a few months old that I am attempting to get repaired under the warranty. I need someone to contact me ASAP regarding my equipment
