    Date of transaction: 2023.05.30 Amount paid to business: 145.00$Business Commitment: Massage I was unable to contact Georgia Medical Massage to cancel an appointment on 2023.05.23. Georgia Medical Massage charged 145.00$ to my account. This policy was not explained to me when the appointment was made, and Georgia Medical Massage has not issued me a refund.

    As per our discussion this morning, there were four methods in which this very problem could has been resolved.  The client could have called and because there is a voicemail both while occupied with another caller or after hours voicemail he could have left a message. Or he could have called and a person would have answered the phone. The other method is with the use of square which communicates with the clients several times several times prior to their appointment, because there is also  texting method on system for him to cancel. There is also the use of texting the number ************* and leaving a message. There was a plethora of methods to decide how to contact ** in 24 hours. Had a phone call been given in less than 24 hours. 
    The gentleman could even have called same day an he would have been told that he could avoid a cost if someone else calls for his appointment time and that we would do our best to fill in his time in order to save him the cost. 
    In his case there was someone who had wanted that time but they were turned down because he had a guaranteed time which he did not use.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1) Again; I was unable to contact this business via phone: for any reason the call was not completed as dialed.

    2) I was not made aware of this cancellation policy, thus there is no agreement in place. To reiterate: I did not provide a signature or orally agree to this cancellation policy because I was not made aware of it.

    I have been charged for a service that was not rendered; I would like a refund.
