I had a 9:30 pm flight to *****. It was delayed 3 times. When the flight departure board showed that the flight was delayed until 3:00am, a Delta representative addressed passengers who had been waiting for HOURS, some with small children. The rep did not identify himself. He said that the pilot was grounded in Virginia due to the weather and that there had been many flights canceled. He stated that there still was hope that the flight would take off; they were looking for a pilot. He stated that DELTA would get passengers hotels. He refused to take any questions and then left abruptly. The two reps behind the counter did not have further information; they looked confused as well. 5 minutes after the rep left, the flight was canceled. A man appeared and told passengers to walk to another gate where DELTA reps would help us. There was no one at the gate to help us. A man did come by to tell us to form a line. It was 12:30AM. Finally, a rep appeared. Three in total were there working with people individually. I spent 1 and 1/2 hour on that line. When I finally spoke to someone, her answers were short and abrupt. The only piece of information she volunteered was that I had been booked on a flight the following day at 5:00. I had to ask if it was am or pm, whether there was a hot being provided, how I would get to that hotel. I was instructed to walk towards baggage claim and look for the **** taxi that would take me to my hotel. It was 2:00am. There was no one outside to help me. I found the **** carriers. Then I was driven 57 minutes to Long Island to a hotel where 61 other DELTA passengers were booked. Why a general announcement could not have been made rather than having us all wait in line, I will never know. I was alone in the cab at 2:30am. Why couldn't passengers travel together? It was frightening for me and I was exhausted. The shuttle to the airport was supposed to come to the hotel the following morning between 10:00 and 10:30 am. It arrived at 12:30pm.

I had to change my flight a couple months ago due to a medical emergency. I could not fly due to severe swelling from a possible nose break. I used the messaging feature on the Delta App to rebook and was sent a reservation itinerary email with a confirmation email. However, they rebooked me only half way and I was responsible for finding my way back the rest of the way. I booked a flight and had to pay for that. When I tried to check into my flight to receive my boarding pass, I received an error message to speak to a representative to receive my ticket. When I got to the airport, I was told that this occurred because the agent helping me on the messaging feature did not validate my ticket. They rebooked me on a later flight from and changed my other flight as well, but I incurred a $500 due to that change. Then, the second flight had to be cancelled because the new flight that got rebooked was the full trip. This mistake on Deltas part cost me $500, 7,000 miles, 8 hours, a missed doctor *********** for a severe face injury including a concussion & broken nose, a missed day of work, and additional stress. Additionally, a Delta agent discriminated against me on the same day at my rebooked flight because of my service dog. One of his duties is too alert me to signs of stress. He noticed another service dog in the area and alerted me. The desk agent perceived his duty to be something it wasn't and before I could even explain that it was his duties, she gestured towards the sheriff as if to call him over and told me they could not help me at that airport. She then continued to slander me by writing a false note on my profile saying my dog was "vicious & aggressive" and I was yelling at her aggressively and I called her a "fucking bitch". Not one of those statements is true. She then proceeded to call ********** airport and update them with her lies. When I arrived there and was checking in they told me due to that note, I can no longer fly with Delta.

I cannot express enough how disappointed I am in Deltas business ethics and treatment of their passengers and customers. After traveling over 32 hours internationally, I arrived in *** to my domestic flight from *** to ****** was delayed by 3 hours. We waited for a pilot to be assigned to our trip and witness a flight being canceled last minute prior to our flight at the gate next to ours. Its was around 11:30pm that our flight was called for boarding, all the passengers entered the plane and secured all our overhead luggage and took our seats when the pilot announced that the flight was now cancelled, and that we all needed to ******* the plane and speak with customer service for new arrangements. By the time all the passengers stood in line it was 3 am in the morning before I spoke to an agent, this is where the interaction became super exciting. The young man who was understandably tired first started off by telling me that the next flight out to ****** from *** was Wednesday at 5pm, then told me that he can give me food vouchers but since the plane was cancelled due to weather no hotel accommodations would be provided. Let me first say that there were no weather issues in ******** that evening, my flight from ******* landed perfectly fine at 6pm in *** and from that time on the sky was clear and there was no weather concerns in ************* either. The fraudulent use of weather cancelations to void the company of barring the responsibility of compensating passengers for their time and inconvenience. Besides my experience with Delta, I would like for the company to rectify the issues they have and actually be reliable. If I conducted my work practices similar to Deltas I would be fired from my position as being incompetent to do my job. These Airline CEOs are getting funded by the US government for Covid and fraudulently taking consumers money and allowing people to book flights know very well they do not have the pilots or staffing to service the flights.

I am very upset with a reservation I had with Delta. I booked my honeymoon through Delta and was so excited to be a part of an airline that cares. Delta partners with Air France, and had us returning with them. Air France has lost our bags and the only way I can see where they are (kind of) is through the Delta App sharing my baggage #s and that shows me they are somewhere between my origin and home. Air France has not updated my wife or I with any information. Delta hasn't even gotten back to me since we landed. I have called and texted and NO baggage specialists have responded. SOME HELP - SOME INFORMATION is better than nothing (and then tell us the bags are gone). We made/ and bought so many memories of our honeymoon and this baggage fiasco stole them. Not only that, but delta won't even gift any miles for this lack of communication. Delta acts like if they don't say anything or move, you won't act up.JUST HELP- LET US KNOW WHERE OUR BAGS ARE, BECAUSE THEY AREN'T HOME WITH US.

Delta changed our flight time, from 6 am to 7 am. We were ok with that. On the day of our flight, they sent us an email at 1:27 am, changing the flight time from 7 am to 12 pm. We missed the cruise ship. Cost us thousands of dollars, and ruined our family vacation.

Was discriminated against for being a gay man on my flight, was not allowed to sit next to my partner who we were booked to sit together. When I told the flight attendant she told me it was not her problem, when they sat no one next to him and we were in the same boarding class she still would not allow us to sit next to one another. I was in first class and couldnt get a even water before my flight, first class comes with full complimentary drink service. First vacation with delta whim my partner prefers. I will fly separately than my partner on Southwest or another airline and never fly Delta again, wort customer service in any industry Ive encountered. This is all also on top of being delayed for over three hours and the gate changing 4 times. Also saw an elderly woman break down crying cause no one would take her to luggage claim for 2 hours, what time of company image is this truly giving.

I will never fly Delta again. First, their first mate didn't bother to show up for work, so my flight got delayed one hour, which means I would have been late for the connection. I go to the Delta desk, and I ask to retrieve the bag, and the desk attendant says, "are you serious?" I then proceeded to argue with him whether 11:05pm after 10:45pm since you know I can't board the second flight until another one lands.I finally got them, to their credit, to provide a room for the night and meal voucher. We land at our destination and I ask where the carry on bags are located because mine wasn't at the flight deck like they said it would be. I hadn't spoken a word when the Delta desk attendant said, "do you have a question?" To which I responded "yes," and he curtly replied "then what is it I can help you with?" If you're listening Delta, this was a white man with a long curly man bun.Never. Ever. Again.
