Took my car to Cousins ******** located at ****************************************************************************************, because it was shaking, and the check engine light was on. After the diagnostic check, ********************************* stated that I needed a tune-up and a thermostat. The total charges were $1247.41. According to the itemized statement, the breakdown of the parts and labor for the tune-up and thermostat was $1247.41. ********************************* stated that the technician, Gee, had installed the spark plugs and ignition coil (tune-up) on my car, for which I had paid $400.00 for the tune-up and diagnostic. After looking at the itemized statement, I realized ********************************* had upcharge the price. She wanted to charge me $847.41 for a thermostat, which was too expensive. So, I left Cousin Auto Shop thinking my car had a tune-up and decided to take my car somewhere else for the thermostat. However, two months later, my car started shaking and the engine light came on again. I took my car to the dealership, and they said the car needed a tune-up (spark plugs and ignition coil pack). So, ********************************* scammed me out of $400.00 because the work was never done on my car. When I called Cousins ******** and spoke with *****************************, (she was looking at my paperwork, while talking to me on the telephone) so she played dumb, claiming that it was two months ago and she didnt remember, but she would have her head of tech give me a call. Well, I never received a call back. I advise you not to take your car to this place; its too expensive, and you will get scammed out of your hard-earned money. Oh, by the way, I DIDNT NEED A THERMOSTAT AT ALL!

Had a rebuilt *********** in my vehicle and have been having problems with my car. When I were to take the car back the business was no longer there. They had moved and didn't leave a forwarding number or address where they could be reached. I called the number that was given to me when they were operating and left a message for someone to call me but I haven't heard back.

We contacted the client to schedule an appointment to exam the vehicle. We are in the process of relocating.
