  ******* and his team were hired to do ************* for my best friend's wedding day. She found out that he had fired the woman who did her trial and was told that he went out of business. After struggling to get ahold of him, he assured her that he would be there. He canceled last minute, leaving all of us without a ************* artist. We all traveled from out of town and were at a complete loss on her wedding day.

  DO NOT HIRE *******. He is a scam artist and will keep your money even if you didnt receive your services that he promised. I hired him for my wedding in October and his employee notified me ahead of time that he was going to close down his business and warned me not to pay the rest of my deposit for the services. He was supposed to notify all the brides but didnt. He has bailed out on multiple brides last minute and they have not seen their refund. He also has not appropriately paid his employees for the weddings they worked on. I asked for my refund because he was going to close his business and he lied making it seem like his employee was making up all of this stuff. The only wonderful thing out of this experience is the make up artist ********.

  DO NOT HIRE ******* WITH OLIVER RAMON BRIDAL UNLESS YOU TOO WANT HIM TO RUIN!!!!! YOUR SPECIAL DAY. Hiring ******* to do the hair and makeup for myself, my bridal party and my family was the worst decision of my life. Our wedding was March 11, 2023 and I started reviewing hair and makeup vendors in October of 2022, after reviewing several vendors I SADLY!!! made the mistake of hiring ******* with Oliver Ramon Bridal in December 2022 because he ASSURED me he could handle my large wedding party. With these assurances(which turned out to be a lie) I paid him in FULL which was well over $2,000 in December 2022 because I wanted to lock in our wedding date well in advance of the wedding date. Then the TRUE LYING ******* showed up, with LESS!!! then 48 hours before our wedding ******* calls me and tells me HE CAN NOT DO 3 of the ladies in my wedding party along with the 2 flower girls. To say I, my fiance/husband and family were devastated is beyond an understatement. Myself, my family, and friends had what we thought was going to be an amazingly special & memorable day planned out with all of us getting our hair and makeup done before the wedding ceremony and ******* with Oliver Ramon Bridal robbed us of a very special moment we will never get back. I thought going through a reputable company like Wedding Wire would not only help ensure I would get a quality vendor who performed exceptional work, but that I would also be dealing with a company/person that was true to their and fulfilled their contracted obligation.

  I contracted this vendor pretty close to my wedding. I was very excited to have this off my plate and to have connected with a stylist I enjoyed. I will say the mistake I made was not looking at the fine print more closely. All wedding vendors I had worked with required a portion of the fee due once contracted, and the remainder the *** OF THE WEDDING. My wedding was Feb 11, but in the contract it said the second half was due Feb 1st. My fianc and I had every intention of paying the remainder the day of the wedding, but we received a message FEB 6th that we were past due, and for EACH *** we were late we had to pay another $100 dollars. So, I had to pay the remaining $360 + $500 (!!) that same day or A) Risk accruing more late fees, or B) Have them cancel our service. I immediately responded that I thought the due date was later that week, I apologized profusely, and I asked if there was any way to waive the late fee, I couldn't afford that cost! I was willing to pay the remainder of the fee THAT same day. ******* said no, he would be cancelling the services unless I paid the entire balance. He said he sent me a reminder email 10 days prior. I checked all our modes of communication, I DID NOT receive any reminder. He said he was very disappointed because there was another bride he COULD HAVE booked that same weekend, but he trusted me to be faithful to our commitment. I wish I had seen a reminder, or made note of the due date, but I also wish I had initially booked with someone who was more understanding of the stress and state of mind one has when planning a wedding, because he didn't extend any ***** or understanding whatsoever. Waiting 5 days to accumulate 500 bucks feels predatory and unforgiving. This vendor canceled on my on the **** OF MY WEDDING and I lost half the payment, and scrambled to find another solution. Spouses to be, find yourself someone else who is more professional and trustworthy for your big day and avoid this major headache.

  Exact same complaints as the bottom reviews. ORB was incredibly rude and dishonest and canceled 5 DAYS BEFORE OUR WEDDING. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
